Beautiful, neat and spacious accommodation. Lovely garden and a beautiful environment. We were a bit on the edge of the park, near the beach. Ideal for grandmother who can not walk that long.

We have found a fresh, hospitable home. No unnecessary fragile items, but decent comfort. Good sound insulation, so that in the evening the children could sleep peacefully and the adults keep chatting.

We (9 people, 1 dog) had a 10-person house at Noordzee ResidencÃ© Cadzand Bad.
The location was excellent, ample parking spaces in front of the door and a large enclosed garden.
The house was spacious and beautiful, unfortunately we had problems with the drainage, when the dishwasher was on, the water came up in the sink. After we reported this, it was quickly resolved and we received an hour of free bowling as compensation. The park staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The house itself was clean, unfortunately we think one of the previous holidaymakers had to leave in a hurry, because some things were left dirty. Since the people who have to clean the house have very little time to clean each home, the responsibility largely lies with the people who spend their holidays here.
The distance to the beach was easy to walk and wonderfully close. We were also very lucky with the weather, but had rain one day out of a whole week. We all thoroughly enjoyed this holiday!
Beautiful park, fun things were also organized for the children (and adults).
So in short: worth repeating.
A downside: "little lighting along the paths in the evening, which was not so nice if we had to walk the dog.

We had a pleasant stay at the Noordzee Residencepark in Cadzand. Beautiful house, well maintained and clean. We did miss some things. Few place settings (9 forks for 10 people). For the aperitif we had to drink the champagne in wine or water glasses. Despite the large number of holiday homes, the park was quiet and pleasant to walk in. The maintenance of the garden could be a little better. Lots of grass between the patio stones, monotonous plants (this feedback may be because I deal with greenery and plants on a daily basis)
Maybe have the gutters checked. The grass grows in abundance.
All in all, highly recommended for young and old. Smooth service at reception and in the supermarket.

The accommodation was very nice, but inside very noisy, we were with 5 adults and 6 children there and unfortunately every word through closed doors. The location was very nice right on the water with great views. The complex has several playgrounds, which are equipped with everything the children wish

The facility is nicely laid out and offers something for every age group. Many small playgrounds. It's a shame that because of Corona, the swimming pool was fully booked by the end of the week upon arrival. The way to the sea is beautiful. The bike rental is well equipped, but the staff overwhelmed and disorganized with a large crowd.

The arrival was smooth and friendly. The house was clean, but noisy. No washing machine available. The shower curtains are no longer of this time. Great house and nice garden and terrace and wonderfully close to the beach. Very good mattresses and nice bathrooms. Less pleasant was that opening and closing doors makes a lot of noise. That is difficult if you are with a large group and some go to bed earlier. A comic could make a lot of difference. The house was not properly cleaned. However, after a call, a cleaning team came right away, so that was fine service. There was no description how to use the oven / microwave combination. In the description Belvilla said that there was a DVD player but that was not the case. There was now a smart TV in the house. So we didn't use our DVDs that we brought with us.

Dear, We would like to inform you about the condition of our villa on arrival on Monday 26 / 8. The determination has been reported to the reception. This has been restored in no time. 2 / General condition of the villa (t laege duin 30) - The dishwasher (ambulant odorless smell) did not do the dishes properly. We have washed dishes and cutlery back.- floor covering is sticky and urgently needs a big turn.- stairs dusty and sticky- brush of vacuum cleaner present is very dirty- we ask ourselves whether there will ever be polished under beds or seats.- with a few chairs you can sink through cigarette butts on the terrace and lawn tables and chairs on the terrace: dirty and under the shit. Also terrace under the poo.- no fence on the pond. Very dangerous for small children. A few sidings of the garden house were broken off. Reported to the technician.However, an amount of â‚¬ 85 is charged for the "final cleaning" 3 / Still positive: - the plumbing was neat and tidy - the park itself is fine: location, equipment, maintenance-friendly reception I assume you take seriously my comments, which we report directly to you! The house had no blackout curtains. It was very light everywhere. With small children that is very annoying. No sleep well. In the summer this will be even more annoying. Furthermore, the house was ok but certainly not fantastic.
