Had a great time with my wife and four children aged 16, 8, 7, and 3. Beautiful surroundings where I could ride a different route on my mountain bike every day. There is plenty to do, from canoeing, visiting castles, caves, waterfalls, to the Spa circuit, etc. The house is quite spacious, reasonably cool, especially in the basement. The sauna was also nice on the cool days we had in our first week. For the young kids, it was fun to play table football, shuffleboard, and jump on the trampoline on the days we didn't go out. The location is quiet, with little traffic while being so close to the highway, making it not far to drive to nice spots. When it's quiet and you're outside, you can hear the roads a bit, but it's certainly not disturbing. The house is clean and well-finished for a holiday home. The owner is a nice and helpful man. He helped us well and does his best to give you a great vacation.

The owner greeted us with warmth and gentleness, a wood fire burned in the stove, what we warm up after the drive. The owner was both available for our questions throughout the stay, flexible and discreet.The house is ectrèmement pleasant piece of life friendly and bright, a practical open kitchen. The rooms are big and nice. And the house offers some very nice and we enjoyed a wood burning stove, a foosball, a sauna. The garden games must be a plus for the summerThe house is ideally located.From walks in the fields and woods, very close to many tours and excursions.A perfect stay of rest, walks and small discoveries!

Happy visitors! The cottage was just right for our group (2 families = 3 adults and 5 children), reasonably well equipped (including barbecue) and everything worked properly. Our children loved the trampoline and the animals in the meadows around it (donkeys, sheep, cows). Comments: - the settlement of the costs was on the high side, even though we stayed there in full summer without heating; geese, in the piece of garden where you always have to go to the trampoline, were challenging for our small children - the youngest of 2 was bitten; - do not choose the house for the sauna, which is somewhat impractical in the (musty) cellar. We certainly look back with satisfaction, also because of the interesting environment and the sympathetic available hostess.

Very hospitable lady, accommodation with atmosphere, nice garden with trampoline and animals. . We found the house a little less suitable for toddlers because of the stairs and the basement from the living room. The area is beautiful for walking, cycling is not safe in the management environment. We have been able to make beautiful trips by bicycle along the Ravel along the Ourthe. (from Comblain) The 2 animal parks in the area are beautiful.

Location is ideal for excursions, you can feel free to go for a week with a day trip without having to drive for more than 25 minutes. It is not far from the motorway but does not bother. For a rainy week and doing indoor activities, this is not ideally located. The cottage itself is located in the village via small streets but is available. You have several supermarkets nearby. The house itself is spacious, only the living space with some missing seats is a disadvantage. The landlord speaks only French but is a sympathetic lady. Other downsides are the wifi which is very limited and the lack of sufficient cooking utensils, there is only 1 pan present.

Not recommended !! You can walk beautifully here. Not many amenities nearby. Large supermarket at 4 km, but not to do with the bike, unless you are a trained racing cyclist. Village does not mean much. Very nasty aftertaste left over almost fall with chair for which we had to pay.

There is no comfortable seating area. 4 chairs for 8 people is too little. Could be solved with a good bank. Even kitchen cabinets can be repaired. Wifi is unfortunately very poor.

Small rustic house, usable for four adults and four children. In principle, we spent a nice week over New Year's Eve there. In the area some nice excursion destinations within 20km. Attention: cellar shed hardly usable in the cold season, because it is damp and very cold. The nasty surprise came with the final cost accounting !!! For six nights, we had to pay almost 250 € for water / electricity / heating / firewood and waste. MADNESS! There was no permanent shower, nor was the house heated to 25 degrees. The infrared sauna was also never switched on. Pity! This is almost "rip off" ...

We had a wonderful holiday week in Sprimont. The house is located in a beautiful area in a quiet place. It is also quite centrally located, making it easy to drive to many sights. The house itself is reasonable in our opinion. At first glance it seemed well cleaned, but that was disappointing. It was very dusty!! The cellar is musty and therefore not really attractive to be. The attic is (in summer) very warm, because there is only a window of 20 by 20 cm. Furthermore, the facilities are fine. The garden is also fine, enough space for children to play outside. We found the bill afterwards of the costs on the high side. Hostess is friendly, but only speaks French.

It is not properly maintained, all kitchen crockery was not washed properly by our predecessors or…
The fireplace is full of cracks, etc., causing smoke to hang in the room.
The children's games have also seen their best days.
