Nice big house, all facilities available. It was very well cleaned. 4 bedrooms for a total of 9 people. Large kitchen, everything available! Large garden, nice barbecue. Close to a busy main road that you can hear well, "at night it is very quiet, the house itself is located on a road with only local traffic. Large supermarket nearby. Stavelot is well within walking distance (approx. 1, 5km).

The arrival was excellent the owner was already waiting for us. We had an extensive tour and in the fridge was a bottle of wine and champagne. The villa was extremely clean and beautiful.

We were well received and friendly, and guided. The house was fine, as was the garden and garden furniture. For children there is plenty of space to play outside, but also binnen.De beds were neatly made (if you rent bedding). And also in terms of dinnerware is all readily available. This is recommended for groups up to 9 people.

This holiday home is absolutely recommended. It was perfectly clean and the bedding was neatly ironed. The property is well maintained and equipped with all conveniences. A suggestion for the landlord: the bedrooms upstairs have comfortable box springs, but the bedroom downstairs has a bed with a rather hard mattress, which was not pleasant for us. We would recommend replacing this bed with a box spring. The location is central and within walking distance of the village, although the road to it is quite busy.

the house was beautiful and quiet. There was enough space for all 9 people and everything you need is there. The playroom was used a lot (a small upgrade would be welcome). It is a good base for trips (walking, cycling, amusement park, caves etc.)

We are warmly received by the landlord. The accommodation was very well equipped with equipment and utensils such as cutlery, crockery, glassware, pans and pots. And a nice size garden where the children could play happily.

* very friendly reception! the house was in a very clean condition! the interior was very practical and gave privacy to the different housemates! kitchen was equipped with all appliances and for a family who likes to cook, this was very pleasant. even a washer and dryer was tbs. the relaxation room in the basement was a nice place for the big and the small people! also for the youngest grandchildren there was a garden shed with toys! quiet environment despite being located close to a main road. at the departure it was asked what could be improved but that is too little to mention. all acomodations in nearby area !! nice holiday and worth repeating. Just one week back. We were with his five, four adults and 2 years old child. We loved it. Beautiful big villa, fully equipped. Spotless !! Everything was there in the kitchen, (electric juicer, oven dishes, enough cutlery and crockery. Towel, aluminum foil and so you could not name it, I missed only serving. Comfortable spacious bathrooms, excellent showers, Great beds. Freezer in the basement , large refrigerator in the kitchen. Infrared Sauna also fine. Very beautiful garden, BBQ and fire pit in the garden, (incl. charcoal and firelighters) Games outside the barn. Good garden chairs, umbrella etc. Toys for (small) children , inside and out. you are only dependent on the weather, we had sunny days, but also rainy days. well, but the house is big enough, if you must stay indoors, large bright conservatory. Reception was very friendly, and they immediately come along If there is a problem to solve it.

Very friendly welcome, excellent explanation about the house and useful tips on the possibilities in the area. The layout of the house is very comfortable, ideal for families with (small) children. The combination with the garden is a trick. The house is relatively close to the center of Stavelot, very close to the Ravel (cycling / hiking trail) and together with the three houses in the immediate area has a private plot with ample parking.

We had four wonderful days here with two families (9 people).
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. A large kitchen, beautiful conservatory to sit in the evening, plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms and also a game room in the basement. The sauna is also recommended!
There is also plenty to do in the area for both adults and children.
We will definitely come back again!

We were neatly received at the agreed time, first got a tour of the accommodation. The stay was fully equipped, also very clean. Complete kitchen so cooking for 8 people was no problem. Cot, camp bed and high chair for the smallest were also present, so that saved a lot of space in the car. All in all, we had a great time here, definitely recommended if you want to stay in Stavelot for a few days.

We had a great holiday. Nice house, decent beds. House was cleaned well. During the stay the rope of the swing broke. Owner immediately got a new swing and repaired it. Owner can only speak French and German. Perhaps we will come back here.

A wonderfully spacious house for a long weekend with the children and grandchild. Very well equipped, comfortable, beautifully situated and a friendly welcome (in French). Large kitchen, crockery, cutlery and glassware are readily available, which is as easy as you are with many people. Beautiful large conservatory and secure fenced yard. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good for each other and clean. Beds made and nice and warm on arrival. Small downside is the lighting in the living room, shrill and blinding, not cozy and difficult to read.

Owner was kindly waiting with wine and sweets. House and garden are beautiful. Something for everyone to 6 adults. 2 children 5 and 7 jaar.Open fire did not and the shower was broken, but otherwise everything perfect.Zee complete and comfortable.
