A breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, the beach, and the bay. Just 100 meters from the beach with direct access from the terraced garden. This stone house, newly restored in an original, modern style, features comfortable furnishings. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace each morning with croissants and baguettes while taking in the fantastic sea view. The bedroom on the lower level, also with a sea view, has direct access to a small private terrace and the garden.
The fireplace/stove shown in the photos is not functional and is for decorative purposes only. The property is not suitable for small children due to its terraced layout and lack of fences.
Plonevez-Porzay is known for the chapel in Ste. Anne la Palud, a pilgrimage site where a procession takes place every year on the last weekend of August. Discover the rugged coastline with a walk along the coastal path, which connects fine sandy beaches with rocky shores and offers magnificent views of the Bay of Douarnenez. The Pointe de Trefeuntec, the dunes of Sainte-Anne-la-Palud, and the large sandy beaches of Kervel and Sainte-Anne are further attractions of this small municipality. The magnificent location of the wide, gently sloping sandy beach at low tide is a must for land sailing enthusiasts. We recommend a visit to the former sardine port of Douarnenez, with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants. On the way there, be sure to visit the medieval village of Locronan, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France and has been the setting for numerous films. The artists' town of Pont-Aven, with its many art galleries, is also worth a visit.
