Beautiful holiday home with a nice swimming pool. Friendly manager. Everything was very satisfactory! The village of Moraira is certainly a beautiful and nice village. We had enough that it was a party week and we had beautiful fireworks on 2 evenings. Also nice beach nearby. Enough swimming choice!

We have reserved villa Junique for 3 years in a row. However, thanks to Covid this year it was only the first time that we could actually go so we were looking forward to it and we are not disappointed. We were kindly received by the Dutch manager Jacco. The house is located in a very quiet residential area in the middle of a beautiful garden with several terraces with nice places to relax. The house was clean and tidy, is spacious and fully equipped and has wonderful beds in pitch-dark bedrooms. The chilly white LED lighting could do with some improvement and a large mirror somewhere would also be handy, but villa Junique is a very nice house to spend a holiday with family or friends. A car to get to the supermarkets and the beach is necessary and the area is also worth taking trips into the mountains. We certainly hope to go back to this place.

After a long drive finally arrived at our destination, very steep and narrow roads the last kilometer or two, our contact person had received us at our destination and not at his address to pick up the key that was very nice and also a very friendly man, our trip is generally positive only wants to indicate the lesser points, lots of tiger mosquitoes in the evening you can't get out without being stabbed, we have three dogs and normally we watch a fenced fence but this was okay with three sides the fourth side was actually no fence the dogs could walk so we had to improvise and make one myself was a shame, also the plates and glasses and cutlery of the previous tenants was left very dirty did not look hygienic and last point had rented the villa for ten days but on the seventh day the filter system of the swimming pool fell out immediately called our contact person he went to inform the owner but r we have been able to continue swimming for the last three days without filter system, I thought it was a pity the morning when we left the people in front of the pool were at the door for the rest, a nice house beautiful pool very good weather and nice air conditioning

Nice villa with a good layout, Plenty of space for the whole family, The garden was great for the kids and the pool was refreshing! I appreciated the air conditioning, made the heat bearable, The only thing that could be improved is the check-in time, arriving late was a bit of a hassle, But overall, a solid choice for a summer getaway!

The villa was spacious and everything was provided, very clean, not fault of, the key delivery we have some need to find yet come right. Friendly welcome, nice pool, really cool. One major problem which the owners can do nothing and those are the mosquitoes, terrible, or 30 bites was on one leg, to pharmacist, nothing helped, we had to wrap ourselves in blankets to avoid being bitten. Big problem !

On arrival we have received an excellent reception from the key holder. The accommodation comes over with the description on the website, with the exception that the house is not completely fenced, so we could not let our dog walk freely. The area is beautiful. Car is a must.

The location was very good. Reception and communication with manager Jacco and Els from Starkoservice was excellent. Also very adequate and quickly accessible for questions regarding internet and power supply. Very spacious house. We had a very nice holiday and enjoyed the surroundings and the peace.
However, there are some points for improvement on our part that we would like to share. We were somewhat disappointed that both bathrooms in particular had a lot of mold (unhealthy) on the sealant edges and shower walls, which caused leakage on the tiled floor and increased the risk of slipping. That's why it smelled very musty due to the high moisture content. The tap in the kitchen was leaking heavily due to limescale build-up. Satellite receiver had no international reception. A tip for tenants to bring a Chromecast doesn't hurt. WiFi had very limited range. Poor reach at the swimming pool and high terrace. Upon arrival, the washing machine appeared to have considerable rust and was very dirty. It would certainly help the owner of the home if an additional investment were made in the overdue maintenance of the home so that a reward winner certificate could be put on the wall again with a recent date. We arrived at 15h and the cleaning company n "with less, we were asked to leave after 1:30 8:30 of road. No inventory n" is performed and allowed bail of € 200 in cash. Arrival Via the administrators arranged that we could have stayed in the house earlier. our son of no year yet. That was very nice. As soon as we had the rental car in Alicante, we called for a short time to announce our arrival and we spoke at 12.30 for the villa because everything would have been cleaned. Unfortunately, wait until 13.00 but no one. Called the administrators who eventually reached someone at 13.15. Nice man, he explained everything and gave a small tour of the villa. Unfortunately, the highchair and requested extra mattress for the cot were not ready in the villa, as this was clearly communicated by our travel agent. One indicated that he would bring it to us sometime at the end of the afternoon. This was too late because our son would go to sleep on arrival. Fortunately, the nice gentleman could bring us the extra mattress in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, not knowing that the mattress did not fit the English cot. Eventually, my husband found an extra mattress for this particular bed in the closet. At 14.30 our son was in bed and we could sit down for a moment. Of course you are tired of the journey and then you just want everything to be in order and do not have to go there. For us, therefore, no good start. AccommodationLocation area neighborhood with villas on the hill with beautiful views. Beautiful entrance. Nice well-kept garden and lots of space around the villa. Villa to enter both front and back. Veranda, lots of space in the villa. Back side with two terraces, nice swimming pool and you could move yourself all day by following the sun 5 minutes by car from beautiful beach and the interior is beautiful. Villa Unfortunately, when our son was in bed, we could sit down for a while, all in take you up and walk through the villa again. Here we found out that the entire floor was full of hair, the banks had plaids over it

The surface of the house was certainly more than sufficient. The location of the house was an ideal base for all kinds of trips. The house itself as well as the gardens and terraces around it were certainly not neat. The kitchen cupboards are skewed, and the contents of the kitchen are messy and anything but clean. On arrival we immediately washed the fridge (yet paid a reasonable sum to have everything cleaned) The bathroom was basic in all areas, including hygienic, here and there some mold and rust and the toilet was certainly not neat. I would not immediately use the fans in the rooms as they are full of mold and dust. The white curtains in the living room were rather black. Windows were very dirty. Terrace at the pool is impossible to maintain, making it not pleasant and every time all the dirt goes inside. The outdoor kitchen is certainly unusable, the fridge is unapproachable and above the bbq hangs a huge spruce tree, which creates a great fire risk. The laundry room was also very dirty. Found outside as well as dirty diapers. Even when you do stay at the pool for a while, the gentlemen to clean the pool are suddenly next to you, without knocking or the like. The cushions of the patio chairs were also washed immediately because they were also very dirty to sit on. Large house but in need of proper renovation and maintenance.

Although it was a very short stay for us, because of family circumstances in the Netherlands, we enjoyed the house. We were received very hospitable. The house is fully equipped and has a fantastic pool and roof terrace. For nearby signs would be slightly clearer. in the beginning it is a tangle of streets. The beach is accessible small but good. restaurants galore !! Overall well worth it !!
