Very friendly welcome in this holiday home. We were quickly informed about what we could find true in the neighborhood. That was necessary since the apartment was in a very quiet (somewhat remote location). Because shops were 10 to 15 minutes away we did not suffer from that, on the contrary. How quiet can it be anywhere.

The accomodation is fine with the navigation, we were warmly welcomed by Alessia who gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us the swimming pool. She also told us about the surroundings, the towns and villages we could visit and there were festivals in some towns. She said before she went that we could always appease her so that was very friendly. However, we did not do this because we are familiar with the environment, but we heard from other people that she had regularly interviewed her and always received quick and comprehensive answers, for example, they had a good tip about a beach on the coast. The apartment was new, new modern bathroom (delicious shower!), Kitchenette with dishwasher and all amenities available, big good bed, a garden you can sit in, quiet (is very remote so no car or other crowds And you hear almost nothing from your neighbors), lovely swimming pool with mountain views, plenty of sunbeds and we regularly swim at the poolside. Actually, really no negatives at all ... Maybe they could only arrange another parking place for the cars, our garden was adjacent to the parking lot, we were not bothered but we can imagine that people do not like it if there are a few Meters further off the cars (however, it is separated by bushes which are likely to grow in height, which means you will not see the cars).

Warm welcome. Excellent service. Were beautycase forgotten in our last hotel. The owner of our apartment has a ensure that the beauty case was sent to our location. Top controlled. Apartment is secluded in peace. Apartments on the upper floor are well noisy. Tropic Travel adjust the inventory, because the apartment has many amenities such as a dishwasher. Swimming is not only shared with the guests of the 4 apartments, but also with guests from other apartments.

Had a great vacation! A very nice place to enjoy your holiday. Everything is well maintained and the cottage is absolutely fine. Everything is clean and new. An aircon will be nice in the future. You have almost no reach there and the WiFi is bad but that was not a problem for us. Swimming pool is good, but on the small side, because all of our apartments were booked to make it fast enough.

We had a lovely time at Belvilla by Oyo Erica! The traditional Tuscan decor really made us feel like we were on vacation, The shared pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring nearby towns, I recommend visiting Caprese Michelangelo, it’s just a short drive away and so picturesque! The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, it got a bit warm at night, But we made do with the fans provided, Overall, great value for money and the hosts were super friendly, Would definitely come back!

Arrival was fine, we have been received by Silvia. We arrived earlier than usual but were already allowed in! The accommodation is fine, but could use an upgrade such as: a mosquito net, decent couch, usable pans and bath / kitchen linen are in stock. The area is fantastic! Swimming pool is great, (keep in mind that it is not next to the accommodation but that you have to walk a 100 meters up.) The insects are also present in large numbers. Be prepared for stinging various insects!

The stay here was fantastic. The apartment is fully equipped (even a dishwasher!), But still keep it in Italian style. The view from the pool is great, the area is also wonderful (think of cities like Arezzo and Montone).

In June we stayed for three weeks in apartment Erica. The apartment is part of a beautifully renovated house where now are built in a total of four apartments. It is spacious and well equipped. It is delivered for each user spotless. Erica, unlike the other apartments, not really a good garden and overlooks the parking lot. In the morning there is plenty of sun on the terrace, you can use the "lower garden", a part that lies beneath the garden of the upper house in the afternoon and evening. This is further shaped in the future by the owners, who are aware of any issues that need improvement. The house owners are very service oriented. Each week, replacing towels and linens, garbage removed every day, if you have questions or problems, one text message or email to Valentina enough, she reacts very adequate. We have three beautiful weeks in a beautiful setting. The pool, 100 meters away, is beautiful and also spacious enough to swim laps. Hiking trails at the door, much to see in the area. Recommended!

The apartment is very nice - clean and plenty of space for 2 people. Those who prefer to live in the country, for it is exactly the right apartment. However, it is with the rest such a thing. The house is noisy, and the toilet flushing of the upper flat translucent directly through a trickle to about it - so loud you can hear this. We lucked out and were most of the time alone in the house - so we could enjoy the house and its wonderful nature all around and the service was very courteous and friendly. Recommended.

Snug, sleek and beautiful apartment with all necessary comfort.Wel much bothered by insects during the period that we were there (September). We also only had the morning sun on our patio, but were free to use the other terraces if there was nobody there and you can enjoy the sun at the swimming pool was not heated and yet is a good 100m from the house which in itself is not a problem, but the toad there would be may be in better condition. I expect that this will also eventually happen because they are still renovating apartments. Wifi is only in the house but would also eventually have to be available at the pool.

If you are willing occasionally to jump in the car, this is an ideal place to combine a relaxing holiday with some cultural trips to Florence or Siena. The location is not very touristy which makes for wonderful rest.

We had a lovely time in this newly restored mansion. Everything is new and fresh. And furnished with style. You can stay there wonderful, it really is a quiet area of \u200b\u200bTuscany. There are beautiful walking paths from the house (on ancient Roman road). Erica apartment has a good kitchen with oven. The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited. Cot is aanwezig.De garden has several terraces. It still lacks some vegetation around the house. The pool was now in aanbouw.Het warm reception and on the last morning we had breakfast.

Enjoy a haven of peace and tranquillity in Anghiari with this traditional 1-bedroom holiday home. It comes with a shared swimming pool and a terrace, which makes it perfect for the stay of a couple.
The nearest restaurants are 4 km while supermarkets are 8 km from the holiday home. You can visit the famous town of Caprese Michelangelo, named after the famous artist Michelangelo, 10 km away. Sansepolcro, the lovely stone city is 15 km away and worth a visit.
