Great house! We were with 5 families (10 adults and 10 children on site) and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Even a sixth family would have had room. The approach on a gravel road just before Chianni is a bit tedious, but it has a wonderful location and a magnificent view over a really great part of Tuscany. In Chianni itself you can make smaller purchases, a larger supermarket is only 35 minutes away. The boss in Anna's Bar (pizzeria in the center of Chianni) was born in Germany, very friendly and also makes the best pizza on the spot. Generally bad roads in the surrounding area. For 30 km you usually need more than 45 minutes. The house has everything your heart desires. Quite great, of course, the 19 m long pool, our children 4-10 years extensively used. Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano are not far away and the beach of Cecina Mare is also ideal for a trip.

We found the house straight away and were allowed to use the garden and pool, even though we arrived too early. The accommodation and surroundings are just great. There is enough of everything in the kitchen. The environment very well maintained and beautiful.

We spent 4 weeks a wonderful and relaxing family and friends holiday in the Villa Podere San Giovanni. The beautiful villa in a great secluded location offers an absolutely fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside. The size of the house, the facilities and 7 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, provide enough privacy for everyone. The large covered terrace, with great barbecue area, is an ideal place on warm summer days and for cozy evening activities. The newly designed pool area is just great, enough beach chairs, umbrellas, small covered terraces with table tennis etc. and new showers. We were warmly welcomed by Federico and looked after quickly and excellently with questions or small problems. The only small suggestions for improvement concern the equipment of the kitchen. With a capacity of over 20 people we would recommend the purchase of a second refrigerator and a larger coffee machine. The small authentic mountain village Chianni is very beautiful. Here you will find small supermarkets with a good offer and on Thursday in the evenings a small weekly market. Especially in Anna's bar, we have felt very comfortable with several visits and eaten delicious Conclusion: The villa in great surroundings is ideal for larger groups and offers all the facilities for a wonderful holiday.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Podere San Giovanni ventisei was truly delightful! The farmhouse is beautifully renovated, blending rustic charm with modern comforts, We loved lounging by the private pool and exploring the vast garden, which is perfect for our kids to play in, The location is a dream—just a short drive to Pisa and Florence, and close to charming little towns like Volterra, The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even helped us arrange a wine tasting that was the highlight of our trip, Can't recommend it enough for families looking for a peaceful retreat!

It is a great villa, with plenty of space, a beautiful swimming pool, large veranda and breathtaking views. Nice rooms and bathrooms, nice that there is air conditioning in the rooms above. Spacious kitchen, dining room and sitting room.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed 4 days of Tuscany with our family (13 pax and 2 kids). The house is equally difficult to find so prepare yourself well, but it is located in a quiet, beautiful area. We enjoyed the first evening of a catering dinner, ideal if you arrive tired at 19h00. We have walked, swam, the men formula 1 on sunday, a day of luca and especially enjoyed outdoor breakfasts and BBQ in the evening. You can also sit in love with everyone, in short a great place for a long family weekend. Ps we really had a lazy weather, 28 degrees so the swimming pool was a bit of a treat but by doing the warm sun !!

a fantastic house with everything on and on! Really meant for a large family like us with 13 persoenmen waren.Veel privacy, as each bedroom its own bathroom had.Slaapkamers otherwise suitable for 4 to 6 personen.Prachtig zwembad.en a huge location in the middle of the Tuscan countryside! Overall a picture.
