The house, which is inconspicuous from the outside, is tastefully and individually furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, WiFi worked well, one outdoor area is beautifully shaded, the other part offers a wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno. The hostess is very, very friendly and uncomplicated. So everything perfect.

beautiful location! Nice walking area from home. Nice trattoria within walking distance. Very attentive owner! In terms of linen and bedding very well equipped. Kitchen inventory noise ok, but little bit. Gas stove and oven work moderately difficult to regulate and only the grill works). House is also in need of renovation (new screens, blinds, etc). Furthermore, the thermostat of the central heating boiler does not work properly, so that it burns for a long time and some rooms become very hot. They are small adjustments that can turn a reasonable house into a top accommodation!

The description of the house and the inventory are flattering. The kitchen in particular is very disappointing. Lots of ants in the kitchen. The hygiene was also disappointing. The key holder was very friendly and helpful but that did not compensate for all the shortcomings.
