The villa was not easy to find. There are no street names, only house numbers, but still found. Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, very quiet. Wonderful to relax.

Villa was neat and decor etc. was as indicated in description. The environment is beautiful and there are plenty of options in the area to make your stay enjoyable. Restaurants and shops a short distance away. However, some comments. The contact person was not aware of the arrival of new guests at the time we confirmed our arrival time. The WiFi signal was unstable and dropped frequently. And the mattresses of the 2 beds upstairs were too soft. Otherwise a neat holiday home.

The villa was perfect for our winter getaway, Plenty of room for everyone, and having a garage was a nice bonus, The location near Lipno Dam offered beautiful scenery and great walking paths

Have a good trip with an overnight stay in Germany. The house was neat, the manager very relaxed and helpful. The surroundings very beautiful, unfortunately we had a lot of rain at Lipnomer, but elsewhere, Budejovice, Cesky Krumlov and Hluboka were good weather. Very much enjoyed this week.

Beautiful spacious house with all the necessities. Nice to get out of here because it is fairly centrally located. Only the wifi is a disaster.

Kitchen dated with a hodgepodge of inventory. There are five of us, for 10 people definitely not recommended

A fridge that is too small for 10 people.
There is no freezer compartment, keep this in mind

The dining table also does not offer space for 10 people

The name Johannes/Annemiek causes confusion. It appears to be the same house.

Sanitary facilities were super clean, kitchen/oven left something to be desired.
Beds are very soft.

There were ants regularly in the living room. That in winter!!

The intermediary in the Czech Republic is prepared to do anything!
