The open fitted kitchen is adjacent to the living area. If it has become too cold for a glass of wine on the balcony, the Smart TV in the living area ensures a pleasant end to the day. The bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, a double bed and a TV. Electric aluminum external blinds protect privacy here - as in the living area. The spacious shower room with a walk-in rain shower including hand shower and washbasin has underfloor heating and a towel dryer. WiFi and underground parking space no. 4 are part of the apartment and are included in the rental price. The underground car park offers storage space for your bike.
