The kitchen and utility areas are designed for effortless living. The separate, fully equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances—oven, stovetop, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave—and opens onto a second terrace with a charming pergola and barbecue grill, perfect for al fresco evenings under the stars. For convenience, a dedicated laundry room provides two washing machines, a dryer, and ironing facilities. The villa ensures comfort across both floors with modern amenities including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and telephone access.
