Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which could or could not be set up as a double bed, and a second bathroom with shower or bathtub and a toilet. A storage room makes it complete.

Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including two sun loungers. The villa has parking space for one car.
