We used this beautiful home for our family reunion and it was great. The house is on top of the mountain at the end of the street, you have absolute peace there. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The rooms are lovingly designed and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to feed a large group. The fact that there are so many bathrooms and toilets is of course great and everything is very well maintained. There is a large garden on a hillside, which makes it difficult for the children to play football, but there is plenty of space to romp around. And what could be nicer than ending the day together by the fireplace.

Great location. Especially now in the Corona period, we were able to reduce contact with other people to a minimum with 9 people (as a company event). The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are designed in a very original way. The lounge with a giant table fully met our expectations according to the photos, the "party room" with access to the garden is again very original. We will be happy to come back.

A super nice house which in reality looks much nicer than it comes across in the pictures. Service was also great, if we needed something we just had to call the owner quickly. Because of Corona you don't have to be afraid at all. We are on Saturday Osser high and only 5 people came towards us. There were 16 of us there and will definitely come again. It is really rare to find such beautiful accommodation for so many people.

We spent a great weekend in this beautiful house. The property is extremely stylish and can be ideally used for many purposes. We were holding a stag do with 15 people. Fantastic view and extremely nice reception. Corona did not cause any problems, as you are among yourself. There are hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Our sat nav has piloted us directly to the accommodation. We liked that the accommodation is remote and right on the edge of the forest. So it has nice peace. The accommodation was clean, tidy and nice spacious.

Our annual friends weekend meeting with many families and children was very successful, a great house from the huge kitchen to the dining room very nice. There are enough bathrooms and toilets available. As a small highlight in the evening was the wine cellar with fireplace where we could end our evenings harmoniously. We recommend!

The holiday home is very quiet and has a good view, facing south on the outskirts with a wonderful view of Lam and the surrounding mountains. Like all the other rooms, the bedrooms are very large and each has an individual touch due to the color design and wall paintings. The generosity of the house offers space for celebrations but also opportunities for retreat if required. We were particularly impressed by the large terraces and the large table in the living/dining room, where we spent the evenings playing games. Two electric stoves and two refrigerators offer all the possibilities for cooking, even for larger groups, the equipment in the kitchen was functional and good, apart from small things. We prepared multi-course menus every evening without any problems. The house is very well maintained and the landlord is professional and hard-working. We felt very comfortable and we can fully recommend the house.

Very nice accommodation that offers enough space for larger groups and families and has large common areas. You can hike away from the front door. In general, the location is very close to nature and rather remote, so that the accommodation is also recommended in times of Corona. The handover of the house went without a hitch, both on arrival and on departure.

The house is very spacious and well maintained. We were 11 people and enjoyed having plenty of space. The accommodation is at the end of the road, behind which the forest begins, so that you can start hiking directly from the house. What we particularly liked: * The huge dining table where everyone could sit comfortably together. * The beautiful south-facing balcony with a wonderful view * Sufficient toilets and bathrooms;) Clear recommendation - even in times of Corona. We will be back!

The cottage in the Bavarian Forest in Lam, Buchet 3 we liked it very much. We were there in midsummer with 11 adults and 2 children. Ideal is an occupancy of the house with 12 people, because then 6 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and 4 bathrooms are available. Other people (up to 20) are also possible, then these other but have to sleep on a double sofa bed, available in 4 the 6 bedrooms. The other rooms of the house are spacious and nicely decorated. In the large kitchen would have been more pot lid helpful. There were plenty of different glasses available, but no wine glasses. From the large terrace and the balcony has a beautiful wide view of the landscape. Numerous beautiful hikes can be made in the area, especially well we liked the hike on the large Arber (down with the gondola) and the way around the great Arbersee.The beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool / with sauna area in Lam is for the Guests of this house for free with the guest card (per day 1.50 EUR for adults), this bathroom we also enjoyed.

The house has enough space and was quite comfortable for the price. You have a balcony access from almost every room. Unfortunately, the corresponding meadow is on a mountain and not level, but you can still play badminton, for example. We had a barbecue on the balcony, which was very pleasant. But we took the grill ourselves. In the photos you can't see that there is a second smaller table in the living room, we were able to use it as a buffet. We booked the house three days before departure because our previous booked house had to be canceled by Belvilla due to Corona as it was abroad. We were very happy that it still worked out to go on vacation with so many people. Since the house had to be made up at short notice, I assume there were still dusty corners here and there or even unpleasant little animals, but we got along well with them.

We have booked the house for our annual friend meeting and were very satisfied. The house is a good size and above all has enough baths, so that even with full occupancy does not come to morning traffic jams. The rooms are very friendly and each has its own charm through various murals. The chimneys in the dining room and the wine cellar are great in the cold season. The wine cellar is the highlight of the house, very comfortable and you can chat and laugh without fear of having to wake up the children. There is no noise going up. In the area there are enough and very different ways to do something even if the weather should not play. We recommend the house and would book it a second time.

The house is spacious, we especially liked the living room with the large dining table. The children enjoyed using the garden. You don't have to worry about Corona, you are really completely to yourself and not at risk. For shopping etc. you wear a mask anyway, like at home.
