This villa is spread over two floors and welcomes guests with a large garden equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs, benches and a parasol. The entrance opens onto a corridor that connects the rooms of the ground floor. On the left side guests will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, on the right side a spacious dining room with a work area that leads to the amazing veranda characterized by large windows overlooking the lake and furnished with sofas, armchairs, a desk, a coffee table, chairs and a TV. Downstairs on the left there is the independent kitchen with a dining table, a pantry and a fireplace. It is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer and an espresso machine.

Through a double door you can access the garden. From the hallway two staircases lead to the upper floor where the sleeping area is located. Four rooms are furnished with a single bed, two of which also have a desk, the other three with a queen size bed. All rooms have a wardrobe and offer a view of the garden or the lake. A bathroom with shower on the ground floor and two bathrooms upstairs, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, complete the facilities.

At guests' disposal are amenities such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and heating.
