The large, 8-person dining table connects the living area with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a combination microwave oven, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. There's a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of those is furnished with a double bed and the other with two singles. There's also a bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin. The toilet and the staircase to the first floor are in the hall.

The first floor features two further, spacious bedrooms and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has French doors opening out onto a wonderful balcony and this room is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The other upstairs bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a bath, sun-shower and washbasin. The house has a storage room with a washing machine. The parking space next to the house offers enough room for two cars.
