A detached villa with private garden located on the Costa Verde, the east coast of Corsica. It is 25 km south of the airport and 40 km from the port of Bastia. Located between sea and mountains, the villa is just 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches. For hikers, there are many trails in the surrounding area. You stroll through the narrow streets of the perched villages, you can visit Baroque churches and admire the charm of the beautiful stone houses. The region also offers a wide range of sporting activities such as canyoning, hiking, quad biking, horse riding, diving, donkey rides, tennis and tree climbing parks. The residence is in the center of the seaside resort of Moriani. Here, everything is within walking distance (supermarket, bookstore, markets, restaurants, shops, ice cream). Everything is there for a dream vacation!

In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them together with family on the dining table. The bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for providing the peaceful sleep. The interiors of the home are nicely done and decorated.

For any arrival after 9 p.m. or late departure from the villa, a supplement of â‚¬ 45 will be charged on site. The electricity cost will be charged on-site on the basis of electricity consumption.

Arrival was nice, received promptly on time. The house was not the house that was pictured in the picture. It was under the trees and the grass around it was almost gone. There was too much shade and virtually no sunlight in the house. Somber. The house shown in the leaflet was in a different, sunny place. The park was good at the entrance, nice and well maintained pool. Direction of beach was the park messy, unclear destination, kind of farm area. Moriani plage is an ordinary seaside resort, not a historic center, but all kinds of amenities, including a supermarket adjacent to the park. Also there was a tourist information center and plenty of eateries at the beach. The east coast itself is flat but not far away you are in the mountains with beautiful villages and views.

Our stay at the holiday home in Moriani-Plage was simply delightful! The spacious villa was perfect for our family of six, and we loved the quick two-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach, The kids had a blast in the shared pool, and we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals together, The surrounding area is stunning, with plenty of hiking trails and charming little villages to explore, We can't wait to come back!

The villa offered plenty of room for our group, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, The shared pool was a nice spot to relax after a day out exploring the coast, We took several day trips to nearby attractions and enjoyed the local dining options, The only downside was the extra charge for late check-in, but it was manageable, Overall, a solid choice for a beach getaway

After a somewhat muddled search for this cozy holiday resort, all our irritations immediately washed away by the warmth of hostess and owner Regine. A warm man, with a heart for her guests, without being intrusive or falling into undue familiarity. She was always available to her cell, and in personam at her home. The cottage is pleasantly comfortable and the garden is a nice bonus for a nice bbq or a game of frisbee. On the spacious terrace with seating for at least 8 persons, we have several evenings entertained.
