We just got back from our stay in this house, it was great !
Blissfully heated swimming pool also ensures swimming pleasure when it is cloudy, 3 dining areas divided between inside and 2 different terraces, cozy lounge corner, kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine for every possibility of supply (nespresso, senseo, filter / ground beans).
Internet and wifi good reception throughout the domain.
the house is 2min. walking from the village center and the shop where you can find everything in terms of drinks and food to bridge a first weekend, there are supermarkets at 10min. to ride.
The neighborhood is very quiet, which means that you can enjoy the silence, nature, view and the stars in the evening.
Tap water is drinkable, which is not everywhere in Z-FR / N-SP.
fully enclosed with sturdy gates and safety latches, makes it safe for children to let them roam freely.
Definitely recommended!

The arrival was great. Not calling contact or having to arrive at a certain time that is not possible due to traffic. None of this. The key is in a locker and on arrival you take it out with the code you received and the holiday begins. A holiday in a very nice villa with a pool which was quite large and to my surprise also deep in places. Lovely after a 12 hour drive. I won't go into detail, but the WiFi signal, which was still very strong far from the house on the edge of the pool, is definitely a plus. Netflix on a large flat screen with soundbar is certainly a plus for the evenings. You can get breakfast within walking distance at Au Panier de Julie. A little further you have a large store for large purchases. You should definitely do Carcassonne at 30 kilometers from the villa. Beautiful. We also got tips from Karin for trips in the area. Minerve was close by and definitely recommended. Karin is your and was our contact person and she comes to help with a small or big problem. It is a good feeling that she is fully ready to make sure everything runs smoothly. A large garden, heated pool, washing machine, … Everything was perfect. I will book this back without hesitation and if possible during the spring break in Belgium, but then it is not yet available for rent I think. Oh well, the Easter holidays are good too. I'll be back next year for sure.

Beautiful cottage, well furnished, nice with several places to sit outside. Very nice area at wine estate Maris and very nice restaurant in the town. Lovely swimming pool with nice beds to lie on.

Had a very nice stay. Everything is there to have a wonderful holiday: heated pool, air conditioning, enough shade, parasol, patio heater, clean BBQ, large enclosed garden behind it with swing, Dutch explanation of everything, Dutch books and satellite television. Little view of the terrace and the pool which is pleasant. Was ideal to stay with our dog. Very smooth contact with contact person Belvilla via whatsapp so direct answers to questions. Key present in a handy key safe. Spacious and clean kitchen with new appliances and sufficient cooking equipment. If I had to name negatives, I would definitely say the bathrooms. Quite small bathrooms and very little light in the showers. They also don't show as nicely finished. Black everywhere between the joints and very dirty shower curtains. Hard to see if the showers are really dirty or just look that way due to the lesser finish. The garden at the back is full of round balls with plugs so quite painful on our feet or on the paws of our dog. It is difficult to enter the garden with open shoes and the grass or plants were also fairly high. A grocery store within walking distance, so go get fresh bread for breakfast from 8.30 am or handy if you need something quickly. I would definitely recommend to other people to come and stay here!

We enjoy staying at this vacation rental home. It has everything needed for a nice stay away from home. The home has wonderful views and a fenced secure garden for our two dogs. Screens on doors and windows or the Red Top fly traps would be helpful, as there is always too many flies and misquotes.

Cottage is very spacious, suitable for several people (3 bedrooms). Outside area also spacious, a large garden and a nice swimming pool. Please note: the text states that bath linen is included; However, this is not the case! House does have some overdue maintenance (tiles, etc.)

Arrival was pleasant, key was present at the indicated place and easy to obtain. The accommodation met expectations and the living area was very spacious. The pool was already open so we could cool off after the long ride. The view is beautiful. Only downside was: -Door to the veranda closes very difficult, for the children this was almost impossible to do.

Very nice villa with all kinds of facilities. Pros, several terraces, and lounge area, kitchen is in order, great pool, but outdated cover / roller system and the pump that was difficult (employee was able to fix the problem). Negatives, on arrival it turned out that the BBQ was broken, mss could proactively put another copy, the air conditioning in the hallway had to be connected in a different way (mss repair the socket), and a short description via whatsapp was rather unnecessarily complicated. The gate will close in strong winds, so be careful with the car! But that doesn't mean we didn't enjoy this place! We will definitely consider coming here again

The area is great for walking, hiking, and cycling. You can enjoy canoeing or kayaking on the Aude river and can go canyoning in the black mountains.
