Villa Tusculum is located on a hillside at the edge of the forest above the center of Germignaga, within a 6,000-square-meter garden. The upper part of the house is available for rent. Utility rooms are located on the ground floor. Due to the unsecured hillside location of the garden, the accommodation is suitable for children from approximately 7 years of age. Please state the age of the child(ren) when making your inquiry.
The villa includes approximately 2,000 square meters of garden, where every guest can find a quiet, peaceful spot for themselves and always enjoy the stunning view over the entire central part of Lake Maggiore.
Depending on the season, azaleas, hydrangeas, camellias, and oleander bloom there, while typical palm trees, cypresses, and pines complete the Mediterranean atmosphere year-round.
