We spent 7 great vacation days in one of the beautiful and spacious reed roof houses. House was in very good condition, furnished with everything we needed. Very nice terrace with a seating area and a large table. Only a few steps away from the beautiful dune landscape and about 15 minutes on foot to various locations on the beach. This experience made a taste for more Ameland. Very friendly and helpful service team in the Roompot.

On arrival we were welcomed very friendly. The accommodation was exactly like the pictures. and the finest was that we were right on the bike path and over the dunes to walk with our dog. Heeerlijk we talked with us at 8. Our granddaughter was very pleased with the pet rabbit mini disco. And of course the pool. Just right for the kleintjes.We definitely come back again. Ameland

At the time of booking it was clear that the final cleaning costs a certain price, but when paying it was 10, - â‚¬ more expensive. The sheets should be better Spannlaken they are usually in the morning almost next to the bed, also more than a pot should be available and there should also be coffee spoons on site. It would be nice to have normal garden chairs so you can eat outside once. But are only stimulating, on the whole we had a nice week. Oh and the oven grill should be checked once. At the final cleaning you could proceed a little closer. Until next time !!!!!!!

The house on the outside was beautiful, on the inside there was really "decayed glory". Many old stuff, lamps piece, little class, gloom trumps. But we step over that. What we do not step over is the complete lack of hygiene. Clearly it has not been cleaned properly, little glasshouses that can hardly be touched on the outside without getting sticky hands, the kitchen as a whole was really dirty, the dog hairs come out of my nose. I find that terribly unfortunate and actually unnecessary. We have not taken a house "on a bargain", but quite a bit of money. Nothing bad, we do like, but the price-quality ratio was really below par. Too bad, too bad, too bad.

During the weekend of Friday 20/09 up to and including 23/09 we were guests in one of your Belvillas (Boomhiemke Park, no. 44). Before we arrived, we transferred all the costs to be paid. This concerns the costs for the accommodation (more than â‚¬ 500) and the costs for, among other things, bed linen and cleaning (more than â‚¬ 250). We were able to enter the accommodation at 3 p.m. Upon arrival we immediately noticed that the accommodation was not very clean. The toilet smelled enormous, there was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds and on the cupboards, the grill of the barbecue was very dirty, the fire stove was not clean, there were shards of glass on the outside terrace, the bathrooms had mold spots (in the joints and on the tiles) and the bed linen was full of stains. In addition, we simply noticed that the accommodation could use a good cloth to wipe everything off and to stain it. We were planning to make a report of this at the reception of park Boomhiemke, with the wish for a suitable solution. I think we have paid a lot for this? The front door was opened at 3:15 pm However, not by one of us (the guests). It was the bed making service that came in. This is crazy. Especially since we were already present in the accommodation. In addition, the beds were already made by ourselves with the result that the service turned around and left. I think we have paid a lot for this? After our complaint at the park we were offered a new cleaning. Very nice, especially since we were able to leave the accommodation to go shopping. The cleaning would arrive at 4 p.m. At 4:10 pm we were back from shopping. To our surprise, the cleaners were like away without having cleaned. An air freshener and a mop through the corridor is the result of the second round. In the case of a repeated complaint, we were again offered a cleaning service. We refused this. We are in our accommodation for 2.5 days and are not going
