The flat is excellent and although it can be a little noisy if there is a lot of traffic, it is evident that it has been carefully renovated and not just a superficial and cheap remodel. Also, we had a problem when we arrived and the management company resolved it very quickly. Highly recommended.

The apartment is roomy, with an open plan kitchen and living area, It includes a small washing machine and air conditioning, No dryer, but a drying rack is available, The bathrooms are large, which is uncommon in Paris, There is plenty of storage space with many closets, The building features a small elevator, The location is just a short walk from Galerie Lafayette and other stores, It is also nearby Gare Saint Lazare and Gare de Hausmann stations, providing easy access to public transport, Numerous types of restaurants are also within walking distance, Overall, it's a pleasant and secure area to stay, It's located in the 8th district,

It served as the ideal accommodation for our family, including our two adult daughters, for the entire week, We are grateful for your prompt responses to our queries both before and during our stay, The new appliances, quality linens, and two cozy queen beds were greatly appreciated, The inclusion of suitable hair dryers and USB ports on walls was a thoughtful touch, considering we've had issues with adaptors in the past, The provision of espresso and tea was a delightful surprise, The central location, proximity to the metro, and the ease of walking everywhere made our stay even more enjoyable, The shopping experience was truly amazing,

An excellent apartment in Paris! Extremely modern with all amenities, Two women were staying for a ladies' outing, one of whom values her privacy, so it was fantastic to have separate bedroom suites on opposite sides of the apartment, The building was very safe, Beds were comfortable, there was an abundance of hot water, good wardrobe space with ample hangers and storage, and lots of room to move around, The building was peaceful but note that it is located on a slightly noisy street (garbage trucks, late-night revelers, etc,), so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper, The only problem we encountered was a completely blocked shower on the first morning, which caused the entire bathroom to flood - however, they sent someone to rectify it within minutes, and for the rest of the stay, it was perfect, It's a little far from the main attractions around the Seine, but if you enjoy walking, everything is still within a 20-30 minute radius, Overall, it was a beautiful apartment and we had a wonderful stay!

Our stay in this apartment, which is just a few minutes away from Saint-Lazare and near Opera, was fantastic, It was a beautiful sanctuary that provided relief from the hustle and bustle of the day, The location is superb for accessing other parts of Paris via metro or bus, And if you enjoy walking, it's an excellent base with the Arc de Triomphe or the Louvre less than 30 minutes away by foot, The apartment was high quality with ample space and felt secure with its modern touchpad entry, However, the area is typically busy, so expect to hear street noise throughout the day and night, If you're in search of a peaceful street, this isn't it, Nevertheless, the location is great and the apartment was visually pleasing and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again, The checkmyguest team were very hospitable and granted our request for an early check-in, We were in by 1pm,
