The living room also features a television.

Each room has an infrared heater for heating.

Skiers can store their skis in the ski storage room in front of the stairwell. There is a separate area for bicycles in the underground garage.

Countless hiking trails begin right outside the house, and a ski rental shop is located about 200 m away, directly at the Kappe ski area. Winterberg town center can be reached in just over 15 minutes on foot.
