Our beautiful chalet apartment is located in a quiet, south-facing location in the opening Gastein Valley.

Bad Hofgastein with its famous spas is a great holiday destination. This 5-bedroom chalet features a sauna, garden, and balcony and is perfect for a group of 10 or families with children to relax. There are ski lifts at 2 km and 5 km and cross country at 500 m. Gasteinertal ski area is perfect for a day on the slopes. Enjoy the snow or hike to your heart's content here. If you wish you can also try a mountain bike tour. There is a swimming pool at 1 km to refresh. You are located close to the basic facilities. The town center, restaurants, and a supermarket can be reached at 1 km. The chalet has a pleasant Austrian atmosphere and is made of natural materials. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a seating area and a terrace to enjoy nature. Children's bed and high chair are also arranged. There are ski storage and parking as well. Let the fresh mountain air relax you in the furnished garden during the evenings. Check-in between 3 – 6 PM and check-out between 8 – 10 AM.

The chalet is furnished to a high standard and has a large living room with a seating area, a modern, luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, 5 bedrooms (4 of which have en-suite bathrooms), a large outdoor terrace, a ski and ski boot storage room and a relaxation/wellness area with sauna. You can park directly at the chalet. The Gastein Valley offers over 200 kilometers of slopes with 4 different ski areas. The Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area is an excellent ski area for families, freeriders and off-piste skiers get their money's worth in the Sportgastein ski area with its magnificent piste panorama, challenging natural snow ski runs await you in the Graukogel ski area and the Dorfgastein-Grossarl ski area is also a perfect ski area for families. The ski bus stops just a few minutes' drive from the chalet and takes you directly to the ski areas in the Gastein Valley. There is also a snow park and a fun slope here. Bad Hofgastein is a true paradise for mountain lovers and sports enthusiasts. There is an outdoor playground and a slackline park on the Schlossalm family mountain and a large selection of circular hiking trails and bike tours for the whole family throughout the Gastein Valley. The alpine water worlds of the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein and the Felsentherme Bad Gastein offer pure wellness and in summer the solar pool in Dorfgastein and the Gastein bathing lake offer lots of bathing fun! There are enough shops for everyday needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and cosy living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, a large bathroom with bathtub and two cosy bedrooms. From the living room, you can access the sun-drenched terrace at the front of the house. For a fee, you can use the infrared sauna and the pool table. The Gasthaus Ortenschein restaurant, recommended by the owner, is within walking distance, as are the stops for the shuttle and ski bus to Bad Hofgastein and the ski area, which is just a few minutes' drive away. The Gastein Valley is known for its spas, including the Gastein healing tunnels, as well as for its beautiful nature - an ideal destination at any time of year!
