You can park directly at the chalet.

The Gastein Valley offers over 200 kilometers of slopes with 4 different ski areas. The Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area is an excellent ski area for families, freeriders and off-piste skiers get their money's worth in the Sportgastein ski area with its magnificent piste panorama, challenging natural snow ski runs await you in the Graukogel ski area and the Dorfgastein-Grossarl ski area is also a perfect ski area for families. The ski bus stops just a few minutes' drive from the chalet and takes you directly to the ski areas in the Gastein Valley. There is also a snow park and a fun slope here.

Bad Hofgastein is a true paradise for mountain lovers and sports enthusiasts. There is an outdoor playground and a slackline park on the Schlossalm family mountain and a large selection of circular hiking trails and bike tours for the whole family throughout the Gastein Valley. The alpine water worlds of the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein and the Felsentherme Bad Gastein offer pure wellness and in summer the solar pool in Dorfgastein and the Gastein bathing lake offer lots of bathing fun!

There are enough shops for everyday needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town.

A great house in a beautiful location. All rooms are nicely furnished, each bedroom has its own bathroom, wonderful beds and everything was there in the kitchen area. We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was fantastic!

We, a group of eight hikers, are "repeat offenders" and were able to spend a lovely week in the great Chalet Angertal in the Gadtein Valley. The house has excellent, high-quality equipment. The in-house sauna makes the holiday relaxation perfect! We'd love to come back.

Arrival was difficult, we couldn't find the house. No. 181 was at No. 122. The sign pointing to No. 181 was only visible from one side; we were approaching from the other side. Several streets had this given street name. At number 122 it went down a dirt road, away from the road to a meadow. Had to call the man cleaning the house several times to find the house. There were only one towel and a bath mat for a week for each vacationer. No towels for the toilet or for the kitchen to dry off hands. There were enough kitchen towels. Since there is a sauna, large sauna towels are important. So we all bought these towels. Would have brought them with us, if we had known. We couldn't find a broom and shovel with a sweeper. A vacuum cleaner was there, but it was very weak. Nevertheless, our overall rating is "very good" due to the equipment and cleanliness. Everything is there that you need!

We knew the house because last year we rented the house next door. I tried to get the code for the key box via the key manager Mr Leitner, but I would only get it the day of my arrival. That day I sent several emails but I received no reply. The key box was closed but we could just open it. Everything in order so no friendly service from Leitner

Very nice chalet, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay in Bad Hofgastein.
It's a shame that the on-site services of the point of contact were not OK, otherwise it would have been fantastic. But nevertheless, we will return in 2025!

Beautiful chalet rented in Bad Hofgastein for 10 people, House was new from November 2018 and exceeded our wildest expectations, Everything in perfect order, even a large sauna, Only 1 comment for Belvilla: we had already booked months in advance and an advance We knew that we had to pay the full amount in January but had expected an email about this with the correct amount, We suddenly received 2 emails from Belvilla one day that this was the last day of payment, because we were also in the Were abroad and hence could not pay, we called and asked to wait another 2 days, This was allowed, The day after, a Sunday, however, received an email that our booking was cancelled, On Monday we had to book our own chalet again who had been released in the meantime, We would have liked a little more understanding and communication from Belvilla in the future,

The house is fantastic. Beautifully situated, quiet and the view from the house is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Price quality is fine. There are some points for improvement:
- service needs replacing, every glass or cup has a piece off. Wine glasses are dull.
- sheets and towels have had their best time.
- the couch in the living room is sagging and difficult for older people to get out of.
- showers are wonderful
- sauna area is a bare plain…
- for the summer you actually miss a few lazy outdoor chairs with cushions.

The house was very spacious and the location with a view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic. Each of the 4 bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub, which we as a group of 8 people found to be great. There was a sauna in the basement. Here we would have wished that the room had been furnished a little more lovingly. There was e.g. B. no sauna loungers.

However, what we found to be completely unacceptable given the price of the house was the cleanliness. There were still pretzel sticks from the previous tenants in the living room, the kitchen fronts were sticky and dirty and there was still water in the dishwasher from the last use, which had probably not been pumped out. We had to buy cleaning supplies to remove dirt from the ground floor. Unfortunately, no one felt responsible for this problem and our complaints were ignored.

The house was very dirty. Terrace not usable because of lots of bird poo which was not removed for long time. Also the overall cleaning was not sufficient leading to the fact that food left overs from previous tenants were found in the living room, oven etc.

The place itself is nice but it seems that nobody pays attention in the required way.

New cleaning was ordered upon arrival and also confirmed for next day but nobody showed up.

Complain ongoing in a very dissatisfying way.
