In front of the house there is approx. 4000 km2 of land, where there is access to a table and bench set (approx. 400 meters from the house) with a panoramic view of the Limfjord. It is also possible to see both deer and hares etc. in front of the house. The entire house is bright and inviting and is made of the best materials. Ground floor: Open kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room with a sleeping area. The living room offers cozy furniture, free internet, flat-screen TV with both Danish and international channels, including TV2 and ZDF. There is a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is high quality and well equipped with ceramic hobs, American refrigerator, American freezer with 200 liters of freezer space, tap with 100-degree water Cooker, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower. There is a central vacuum cleaner in the house. In the house to the right, there is a dryer and washing machine, gas grill, and fish cleaning area. The building to the left of the main entrance is a private house. On the ground floor, there is also a large wooden terrace in front of the living room and kitchen. First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, one with a double bed, a walk-through room with a double bed, and a small single room with a single bed. On the first floor, there is a living room/lounge with direct access to a large balcony with panoramic views of the countryside and fantastic views of the fjord. The whole house was completely renovated in 2013 and looks inviting with comfortable furniture. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with associated dining room and living room. In the large activity room there is table tennis, billiards, darts and Wii game console. In the landscaped garden there are also football goals, swing and barbecue. The two bathrooms are both with shower and in one you will find an infrared sauna and a whirlpool. In addition, there is a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have single beds that can be easily moved and used as double beds. There is a cot and high chair for the youngest guests. On the 1st floor is the large living room and the master bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds. From the living room there is access to the large balcony.
