At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near Havnsø Strand, you will find this holiday home, newly built in 2023, with an outdoor sauna for relaxation and wellness. (The hot tub shown in the photos and floor plan is defective and currently unavailable!) Here, quality, comfort, and tasteful furnishings are equally impressive. From the front door, you enter the hallway with access to a bathroom with underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a room with a double bed, and a second room with bunk beds. Open and well-equipped kitchen connected to the dining area. Living room with alcove and access to the bedroom with double bed. The living room has a TV that can be used to stream your own TV providers via the house's internet connection. The large windows and sliding doors allow plenty of light into the living room. In front of it is a 13 m² covered terrace area with lounge chairs. From the kitchen, you also have access to the open terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill. Undisturbed by the neighbors, you can enjoy the outdoor sauna area in peace while the children have fun on the garden trampoline (use at your own risk). The sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk away via a path. Havnsø is a small harbor town with daily ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø. The town has shopping facilities, restaurants, and a popular ice cream parlor. No rentals to youth or tradesmen groups!
