The house suits both one or several families sharing with good space and facilities for 18 persons. The house has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms as well as a large mezzanine, all decorated in a good and modern style, and several rooms have TV, DVD player and activity game consoles for Nintendo Wii U and PlayStation3. There are TVs in the activity room, on the mezzanine as well as in the family-dining room. One of the bathrooms has a prefilled 6-8 people whirlpool and a spacious sauna. Both kids and grown-ups alike will enjoy the activity room that has e.g. table football, billiards and table tennis. There are several terraces surrounding the house where you can enjoy nature in the garden furniture. Surrounding the house are several tile terraces with garden furniture. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Due to the size of the house the price for cleaning deviates from the listed prices. No letting to youth groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped in order for more people to help preparing dinner. The impressive pool area has an 18 m² large pool with slide, counter-current system and a 4-6 people whirlpool as well as a sauna. The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove as well as a large flatscreen TV. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you will find the activity room where you can have a drink or play darts or pool or just observe the others playing.
