Villa Friede-Marie is located in a prominent, central, and quiet location above Sassnitz's city harbor. Restaurants, shops, and a swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. The historic old town, the city harbor, the chalk cliffs, and Sassnitz's unique pebble beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Villa Friede-Marie offers several vacation apartments. An elevator is available. Sassnitz is a state-recognized health resort and therefore subject to a tourist tax.

We have lovingly furnished the holiday apartment. It features one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, and a large south-facing balcony accessible from both the living room and bedroom. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. You'll be staying in a central yet quiet location with plenty of shopping options nearby. The Baltic Sea beach and the Bodden lagoon are just a 10-minute walk away. Parking is available on the property, and bicycles can be stored there. A windbreak is also provided for your beach visit.
