Great holidayhouse from 2016 with a view of the sea. Large terrace of approx. 100 m2. At the back of the cottage you come straight out into nature. The cottage has sleepingspace for 8 persons. 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, both with double bed. There is also a cot (3-12 years old). On the 2nd floor there is a loft with a nice view of the cottage area. Well equipped kitchen in open solution. The holiday home has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A bathroom with shower and toilet on the 1st floor, as well as extra toilet on the 2nd floor. Underfloor heating in both. The cottage has heating with a heat pump, and there is a wood stove in the living room. Free wireless internet (the code is in its own writing). TV with German channels. The large terrace is fenced and great for the little ones to play on. Here is also a good selection of garden furniture and a large gas grill. On the terrace there is also a a wood-fired hot tub. Before you end your holiday stay, we want you to buy firewood and possibly gas for the grill, if you have used this. Parking for several cars on the property. Great swimming area with sandy beach at Rosfjord camping. There are a wealth of activities and places to visit nearby, e.g. Lyngdal ca. 13 km away, a cozy little town with shopping streets, restaurants, library and cinema. Norway's southernmost underwater restaurant in Spangereid 17 km, where you will also find the Spangereid Canal. Zoo for the little ones in Mandal (45 km) and 98 km to the famous zoo in Kristiansand. There are also many nice hiking areas in the local area around the cottage. Boat available 1.5 - 1.10. and only on request, as it is shared by other houses.

Cozy cabin in a lovely area with a beautiful view. The cabin offers a great atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bunk, where the lower bunk is 120 cm wide. TV in the living room downstairs as well as a TV room on the first floor where you can enjoy a movie (only streaming on the first floor, no channels as on the ground floor). Well-equipped kitchen with dining area, where you can gather over a better meal - perhaps with fish you have caught yourself? The cabin has a large terrace as well as a balcony on the first floor. Please note that the stairs are quite steep and that the rooms on the first floor have partly sloping ceilings. Here you have a wonderful closeness to nature, both in summer and winter. Alpine center and ski slopes only a few hundred meters from the cabin. In the summer, Rauland has many great hiking opportunities, as well as exciting activities such as moose safaris, sculpture walks and good fishing opportunities. For those interested in history, it is only a 45-minute drive to Rjukan, where you can follow the forerunners of Norwegian war and/or industrial history. 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter. Alternatively, the car can be parked approx. 200 m from the cabin. NB: You will need to bring your own bed linen.

On the pier, you can also enjoy the late summer evenings. 10 km from Lyngdal center, 6 km from Spangereid. In Spangereid, you will find a grocery store and a gas station. One attraction in the area is Lindesnes lighthouse, approx. 17 km away, the southernmost point of Norway and with a maritime museum. In Spangereid, you can eat at «Under», the world's only underwater restaurant. At Båly, you can rent boats, we also recommend a trip through the Spangereid Canal. The fishing village Korshavn is located approx. 20 km. away, here you can rent a boat to Sælør or take part in arranged fishing trips. “Sørlandsbadet” (swimming pools etc.) in Lyngdal is popular for families with children, and at Skrelia approx. 12 km from Lyngdal, you can enjoy great hiking trails. Kvåsfossen salmon center approx. 10 km from Lyngdal direction Snartemo is also worth a visit.

Beautiful holiday home located right by the fjord and with beautiful views. Here you can wake up to a great view from the bedroom! Beach right by the house. Large terrace with views and lots of sun all day, both barbecue and fire pit available. At the back of the house, there is a lawn well suited for ball games. There is also an outdoor shower, if you want to wash off the sand after a day on the beautiful sandy beach right by the house. At Hegna Marina only 400 meters away, you can rent a boat up to 17 feet with or without motor. Great opportunities for canoeing and kayaking in the area, the boats can be set out 50 meters from the holiday home. Opportunity to fish for mackerel, saithe, cod, and crabs. Short distance to Kragerø, Langesund and Jomfruland National Park, as well as sightseeing boat trips from the Marina. The coastal path goes right by the house and is a fantastic walk, where you pass the Trolldalen fort. There are several outdoor restaurants within walking distance to the house. On the pier, it is possible to charge an electric car. 9-hole golf course in Bamble just 3.7 km away. Feel free to pay a visit to the Telemark Canal as well. About 2 hours to Sommarland in Bø.

It was built in 2009 and is a high quality cottage. Motorboats for rent if available - book early to make sure you get what you want. There is a small beach by the water at your disposal. Lindesnes Lighthouse is only a 10 minute drive away. This area is famous for its beautiful archipelago and wild nature. You can combine outdoors experiences with shopping and the water park in Lyngdal, or with a tour to the sailing town of Mandal. There is a DVD player with Blu-ray in the cottage. A holiday cottage built in 2009 with craftsmanship in a wilderness style, with a unique location in a sunny, shielded and secluded area, and a panoramic view of a small, scenic lake 30 meters away. You can go swimming, pick berries in the right season and enjoy nature in peace and quiet. The cottage is modern with a sauna and outdoor bath barrel, the latter found on the 100 m² large terrace. The cottage is called "Ørneredet" (Eagle's nest) as you can often spot eagles in the area. Deer and moose is neither an uncommon sight, and there are several paths leading into wild nature and lakes, summer and winter. There is a 10 ft rowing boat at your disposal by the lake. Only 1 hour drive to the coast, to Kristiansand, to Mandal or to the closest alpine skiing facilities. In summer you can experience rafting and kayak paddling in the Mandal river, approx. 10 minutes away by car. There is also salmon fishing here. There are fish lakes nearby and the owner can help you with a fishing license. Bath barrel is not available in winter. E- and F-price is winter high season. There is a large living room with a dining table where the fireplace is placed in the middle of the room. The cottage is close to a waterpark and grocery shop is in walking distance. Hovden is in an area with many activities during summer. There is plenty of sun here and you can find several hiking trails that goes across the mountain wilderness. The cottage is located at an altitude of 800 meters, but there is plenty of wildlife like moose, beaver, deer and capercaillie. Explore the many fishing lakes nearby, where you can go fishing and swimming. You can experience mountain climbing, moose safaris and rafting. With Hovden as a starting point, you can go on day excursions to many sights in southern Norway.

Charming and well kept holiday house in a peaceful and sunny spot. The house is located by itself with sheep as the closest neighbours! There is a mountain lake just below the house with fish, free access to a rowing boat and a small sandy beach where you can go swimming. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Southern Norway. This is an area with several walking trails and a rich wildlife with moose, beavers and birds, as well as berries and mushroom for picking. The coast is only a 15 minute drive away, where you can visit the town of Lyngdal. Here you will find shops and a water park. You can also rent boats for ocean fishing or visit one of the large beaches that surrounds the town.

Bortelid in Åseral is a popular area, with its many small and large fishing lakes, and you can mount the high Norwegian mountains and enjoy the scenery that stretches wide in any direction.
