Modern, well-equipped holiday apartment with good facilities right by the fjord in Farsund. Great fjord view, lovely terrace with superstructure. Proximity to town and nature. This bright and modern holiday apartment offers a great view from the terrace to both the fjord, pier, and nearby beach area. The apartment is on the ground floor with an entrance at the back of the building, which is from 2016. Both the building and the furnishings are modern, and the apartment has a good room distribution. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. Further down in the entrance hall entrance to larger bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle as well as washing machine shielded part. Furthermore, there is an entrance to an additional toilet with hand basin. In end of the entrance hall entrance to a large living room with an open kitchen with dining table. In the living room, there is a bed for 2 people. Large windows provides good light and a nice view of the fjord, and from the living room there is an exit to nice terrace. The apartment has water-borne underfloor heating in all rooms. The holiday apartment is located in a residential area with several new buildings right next to it the fjord, only 50 m to the wharf. The center of Farsund is only 500 m away with restaurants and a bustling life in the summer months. Nearest grocery store is 200 m from the apartment. Farsund and the surrounding area offer rich nature experiences both along the coast, in the archipelago and further inland the country. There are parking options all year round.

You get here by taking a ferry from Rysjedalsvika, 7 km from the holiday home, to Krakhella and drive approx. 37 km out to Ytrøy in Ytre Sula. Great hiking terrain in the area near the cabin and the mountains along the Sognefjord with fantastic views. The owner of the cabin also has a small farm cabin/stable house on the farm on the mountain with the mountain Lihesten in the background, which you can visit (see last photo). The holiday home is located approx. 20 km east of Kristiansand which is the nearest town, and approx. 17 km west of Lillesand which is a classic Norwegian southern village. The area offers varied nature experiences, and the Zoo is located approx. 12 km from the house. Local shop approx. 2 km from the house, a larger grocery store in Rona approx. 13 km from the house. Sørlandsparken 16 km away also offers good shopping opportunities. The nearest neighbor is 50 m below the holiday home and in a family with the owner. Parking for 2 cars right next to the house. The house has a basement that is not accessible to guests. The road from the main road to the house is relatively narrow and hilly. The owner's private pier is not intended as a place to stay for guests, but you have access to the sea and a boat for rent from the pier by agreement with the owner. At the pier is a gutting bench and the owner's boathouse where guests can use a freezer of 500 l.
