Several swimming spots are within walking distance, and in just one kilometer you reach the popular Ursand Resort & Camping with water park, restaurants and activities. Vänersborg is seven kilometers away and can be easily reached by bike or a lovely walk. The cottage has a spacious and welcoming hall with plenty of space. There is a separate shower room with sink and a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker There is also a cozy wood-burning stove and a patio door that leads out to a nice patio where you can start the day with a cup of coffee and birdsong. There is also a grill on the patio, perfect for cooking dinners and enjoying long summer evenings. The house offers several comfortable sleeping places. One bedroom has a 110 cm wide bed and its own patio door. The second bedroom is bright and pleasant, also with a 110 cm wide bed. The living room has a lovely space with high ceilings, a large and comfortable sofa, TV and a patio door that leads out to the veranda. From here there is also a staircase up to the sleeping loft with a 160 cm wide double bed. Please note that the stairs are steep and therefore not suitable for small children. The house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine. On the plot there is a guest cottage with two extra bedrooms, both equipped with two Hemnes double beds 160cm.
