You’ll stay comfortably in a two-story home with a spacious hallway leading to a cozy living room, continuing into a kitchen and separate dining room, where you can also watch TV if desired. There is plenty of space for the entire group. The hallway also includes a separate shower area and a separate WC. Upstairs, you are welcomed by an additional living room that connects to three comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed overlooking the garden, and the other two featuring twin beds with views either of the harbor or the garden. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC. You’ll be staying in a lush garden with various seating areas surrounded by beautiful flowers and bushes. Enjoy a delicious breakfast outdoors, or simply close your eyes and relax to the peaceful sounds of birdsong. Right outside your accommodation, you have everything you need and more—magical coastal stretches inviting you to swim and take in the tranquil views. Stroll along the waterfront and through the charming alleyways to discover your own favorite spots. If you wish to dine out, several restaurants are located just 200 meters away by the harbor. Take the opportunity to make a trip to Gräsö via a free car ferry that only takes a few minutes. Families with children might enjoy a visit to Berkingebadet, an adventure water park with water slides and diving towers. Tallparken is also worth a visit—a recreational area featuring paddle and tennis courts, playgrounds, and a sandy beach. Important Information: Bed linens are included, but towels are not. On the other side of the road there is an electric light trail for you who want to start the day with a soothing trip in the woods. For those of you who like to hike a little further, you must not miss the famous "nautical mile" at Hummelfjärden where you can walk a nautical mile on land! Washing machine is available at a separate cottage on the plot. Parking available! Nearby you can also swim in the bay at Kavaröbron, a small but nice sandy beach that the owners themselves use a lot. At Öregrundsskolan there is a gym and sauna that you can use for a fee for those who want (limited opening hours). A must is to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea at Tallparken and stroll in the cozy alleys in central Öregrund and see the stately Klockartornet.
