Above the large property without direct neighbors, some sheep graze for a few months a year. This cottage offers you bright and open spaces and from the living room you have a wonderful view of greenery and landscape. In the living room there is a sofa that you can also turn into a sleeping area, the TV offers you both the Swedish basic channels but also some of the German channels. A functionally equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and a small dining area are available. In the middle of the room, a comfortable wood stove spreads warmth and cosiness during cooler days, in front of the small sofa bed. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with both toilet, shower, washbasin and washing machine. On the plot there is also an annex with 2 single beds, toilet, shower and a washbasin. Excursions to the nearby cities of Lund and Malmö are recommended. Lund has the largest university in Scandinavia and can therefore be described as a young, very lively city. In addition to many cafés and bars, the impressive cathedral - the most important Romanesque church in Sweden - is worth a visit Warm welcome!

In the middle of the small village of Vomb is this nicely renovated cottage, placed on a generous plot with open spaces and trees. With quiet surroundings and the large lake Vombsjön around the corner, there is much to discover of Skåne's beautiful nature, hiking trails, bathing lakes and castles. The cottage is in a completely renovated condition with a new and tasteful interior and nice living areas where the small family thrives. The living room has a sofa group, TV and a cozy wood burning stove for cooler evenings. The kitchen is functional and decorated in a stylish design with a dining area for four people. Two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a comfortable double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed and also practical storage space for the stay. The bathroom is furnished with a shower, WC and underfloor heating. The terrace under the roof faces the front of the plot and is furnished with a dining area and has a fireplace. By the large tree, there is also an outdoor group located for sunny days. Here you can sit quietly and enjoy your holiday while having a full overview of the children playing on the lawn. The cottage has an excellent location for discovering many of Skåne's attractions in different directions. Take the opportunity to hike in one of the nearby nature reserves at Häckeberga and Romelåsen. There are nice walking areas with beech forest, oak groves and pastures. There is also excellent fishing water at several lakes and streams. The summer in Skåne also attracts with several festivals, kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful nature. On the other side of Vombsjön is Övedskloster which has a nice restaurant, café and shop, Sjöbo and Lund are within a quarter of a distance by car.
