Welcome to a cozy house with a wood-fired sauna right by the lake with its own lakeside plot in Bellö. Here you can really enjoy the peace and proximity to the lake. You have a terrace up by the house with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy sunny days or enjoy in the shade under the beautiful Oxeln. A staircase leads you down to the wonderful wooden deck right by the lake. Here you can enjoy a cooling bath or why not take a trip with the included canoe (your own life jackets are included). The house is open up to the roof ridge for space and large glass sections so that you can enjoy the lovely view of the lake. There are two beds in the living room in front of the fireplace. You have a trinette kitchen with two induction hobs, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer compartment. Next to the nice wood-burning sauna in the house there is also a shower, WC and sink. A certain amount of firewood is included, if more is needed bring your own. You have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. You have approx. 600 m to the municipal swimming area with beach, here there is a jetty, swimming raft, playground, fireplace and the "Sun Kiosk" which is open when the weather is nice. House 52817 is also rented out via Stugsommar/Dancenter if you are a larger group. Not rented out to youth groups. Charging of electric cars not permitted. Feel free to take beneficial walks in beautiful forest and nature. A visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular with children. You can also visit Astrid Lindgren's childhood home Näs, Emil's Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund is the film village where filming environments from classic films by Astrid Lindgren can be experienced. In the moose park in Skullaryd, you can go on a tractor safari, experience and feed moose and deer in their natural environment. Eksjö with Sweden's best preserved wooden town is well worth a visit. Welcome to a newly renovated turn-of-the-century house out of the ordinary, where you have your own plot of land and scenic surroundings in Bellö, Småland. Here you can really enjoy the peace and the view of the lake. In the large garden with roses and perennials there is a nice terrace with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Down by the lake you can enjoy a cooling bath or why not take a relaxing ride with the small rowing boat that is included (own life jackets are provided, electric motor can be rented on site). There is also outdoor furniture by the lake. You have a beautiful glazed veranda with a lovely view of the lake. The house's kitchen with a beautiful dining area is a feast for the eyes, here you can prepare fine meals. Dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hob and wood stove are available. The living room has a comfortable sofa group and an armchair where you can enjoy in front of a fire in the tiled stove or in front of the large screen with Apple TV and Chromecast (no fixed channels). Wifi is available. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180cm and a single bed of 80cm. The second bedroom with curtains also has a double bed and a single bed of 80 cm. The room above the stairs is another bedroom without doors with a pull-out bed that can be made into a double bed. There is also a simpler extra bed that you can place where you wish. On the lower floor there is a fantastically beautiful bathroom with bathtub, WC and sink. On the upper floor, with entrance from one of the bedrooms, there is a WC with a sink. Combined washing machine/dryer is available. In addition to your own sandy beach, you have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. Welcome to this beautiful holiday home, with its high location in Gynnesnäs, just some 300 metres from the beautiful lake Bellan. This pretty, red cottage is very practical with a bedroom, a living room (with 2 extra beds), a kitchen and a bath room with a WC, a wash basin and a shower. The cottage fully modernised with all the amenities one could need. Included is a rowing boat for those interested in a trip out into the lake. Gynnesnäs is set between Vimmerby and Vetlanda, both of which make for great days out. In Vimmerby you will find Astrid Lindgren’s World, a very popular tourist destination for the whole family. Visit the author's childhood home before stepping into the world of her stories. Småland is lush with an untouched, natural countryside and multitudes of hidden coves out on the lakes, A fisherman's dream with plenty to catch, the cottage is complete with an outside grill set to cook your catch.
