Welcome to Hällsvik – previously this was a small village with fishing as its main occupation, and even today you can feel the authentic atmosphere that characterizes the area. The location is truly unbeatable for anyone who wants to experience the beauty and pulse of Gothenburg. Only 20km to the entertainment city with good communication options via bus or car. Here you live within a bathrobe's distance of the beautiful coastline, with both a jetty, slide and bathing ladder for a morning dip. It is a strategic location for exploring the surrounding nature. Also take the opportunity to visit the nearby islands of Öckerö and Hönö, which you can reach via a free car ferry only 4 km away. Parking is available next to the entrance. You share the plot with the homeowner and have your own cozy terrace. From the porch you enter the spacious hall. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen of 18 m2. Straight ahead from the hall is the spacious living room (40 m2) which continues into the dining room (12 m2) with a lovely sea view and the terrace outside. A bathroom with shower and bathtub and a guest toilet. There are two bedrooms of 12-14 m2 with comfortable double beds of 180 cm in each room. In one bedroom there is an additional single bed, which can also be placed in the part of the living room with a screen wall if desired. The washing machine is in a separate room next to the kitchen and is shared with the owner. Bed linen is included in the rent. Please note that this accommodation is for families, it's not rented out to groups, parties and celebrations. A few miles west of the city of Gothenburg and only 300 meters from the sea is this nicely decorated villa in the idyllic and popular Björlanda. There is a lovely garden, several different outdoor furniture and a lovely lawn with trampoline. The house is on two levels with a large entrance and patio at the front where you happily enjoy your morning coffee. Directly to the right in the open floor plan you will find the living room and a large lovely dining area with space for all guests. A balcony door for wonderful penetration during warmer seasons and directly outside a large terrace with both lounge area and dining area and ball grill. Straight ahead is the kitchen with a round dining table where those who are alert in the morning can sit and have a coffee in peace and quiet before the rest of the guests wake up. There is also a trip stair chair if you get an unexpected morning visit from a little one who wants to sit with. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and heated towel rail and a large lovely laundry room with washer and dryer. Large storage options both in the laundry room and in the wardrobe in the hall. The entire downstairs has underfloor heating. Upstairs you will find all the bedrooms in the house where you have the master bedroom on the left with a double bed 180cm. The second room has a double bed that is 140cm and the third bedroom has two single beds, 90 and 105cm respectively. Upstairs there is also a living room with sofa and TV as well as a work corner if you need work space for the computer. The house has a running bike and a 16 ”children's bike and it is also possible to charge your electric car at the house which is paid separately to the owner on site. In Gothenburg with all its offerings from Liseberg, Universeum, Paddanbåtarna to day trips with Stena Line, it only takes 30 minutes by car. It is also easy to get to the city by bus. The nearest ICA is 2.5 km from the house which also has Björlanda Fisk standing outside and the nearest restaurant is down in the marina which serves both pizza and Thai food. If you like outdoor paddle, there are several courses only 400 meters from the house. Come and enjoy every minute and create memories through an eventful holiday in the perfect accommodation. This cosy little holiday home is a guest house, with a great view of the sea, located in Torsanda, north-west of Göteborg. The cottage is only 100 metres from the closest bathing spot with it's cliffs and bathing docks. There's a lovely, child-friendly, sand beach 200 metres from the house. The holiday home is open plan and features a small kitchen with the basics, a living room, and a bathroom. In the living room you will find one bed and one double extra bed (a sofa bed). The living room also features a TV, a DVD-player, and free wireless internet access. The bathroom features a WC,a washbasin, a shower, a bath tub, and a washing machine. You will have access to a little outdoor area. Please be aware that the owner of the cottage has an outdoor cat which might spend time in the outdoor area. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location of the cottage is great for those who want to make day trips to different interesting places. Visit the islands nearby, there's a free ferry that will take you and your car over to them. The big city of Göteborg is not far and there are excellent communications to get you there. Gothenburg offers culture and entertainment, as well as the big amusement park Liseberg. Please note: The owner of the holiday home has an outdoor cat.
