There is a covered terrace where you can really enjoy breakfast or a bite to eat together. There is a great atmosphere and plenty of seating if you are more. There is also a terrace behind the outbuilding facing the beautiful fields / meadows, here is more comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Barbecue is available if desired. You also have a couple of bikes that the guest is responsible for as well as board games such as cube and badminton. The house has two large livingrooms. One of them is a combined living room/ dining room with a large rustic dining table with plenty of seating, as well as a large comfortable sofa group, tv and a desk. There is another living room with sofa, tv and two comfortable chairs. The kitchen with old-world charm is bright and well equipped. There is a dining table with kitchen sofa and chairs. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, as well as a small built-in bunk bed for 2 smaller children. Toilet with shower and sink and washing machine. Drying wick is in the garden. The upper floor which has sloping ceilings and lower to the ceiling has plenty of sleeping space, in one bedroom there are 2 beds, in the other there are 3 beds of which on one of the bed can be folded out to a double bed. The house is located next to a road, but is equipped with a fence. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups, parties. Here you stay in the middle of Öland with a perfect location for exploring. You are close to Köpingsvik (2.5km) with its popular fine beaches and Borgholm with its large restaurant selection. Everyone creates their favorite places on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places well worth a visit. The cottage, located in lovely genuine Öland surroundings, is a perfect starting point for exploring Öland. The cabin consists of two rooms and a kitchen. Only 250 km from the bridge on the east side of Öland is the cozy village Bröttorp. A very nice Ölandslänga that has memories from the 19th century. Kalmar also offers a large selection of shops, restaurants and other services. Öland has a large selection of events during the summer in various places. Nearby are also, for example, Borgholm's castle with the Royal Solliden and Ekerum Resort with everything from 3 golf courses to a fantastic restaurant.
