Down by the water there is a large jetty with a swimming ladder for a refreshing morning swim in the sun, or why not an evening swim? There is a small sandy beach next door if you prefer. A rowing boat is included in the rent, you can row out into the beautiful bay and pull up a couple of perch for dinner. Around the house there are several terraces with nice seating areas and as the house is high up it is protected from view. A large grassy area for playing and games is next to the house. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and one with a 140 bed and a junior bed. There may be an additional single bed in the living room, but it is possible to sleep two in the larger beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom and a large kitchen with all the facilities you could need. The living room is large and has access to the terrace facing the water. Parking is available at the house. The house is located far out on Värmdö near Boda, where boats go further out into the archipelago for nice day trips. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö in the summer; restaurants, ice cream parlors and many nice hiking trails. If you want to experience Stockholm, there is a bus all the way and the bus stop is only 200 meters from the house.

With a jetty just 100 meters from the house, a refreshing morning swim is always close by, and for a slightly larger swimming area, Kompasviken awaits about 1 km away. The house invites you to socialize with generous spaces. In the entrance, there is a hanging area and armchairs to relax with a good book. The large kitchen has plenty of workspace, a kitchen island and a large, lovely dining table to gather around. Relax on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove if the weather permits. With about 25 minutes to Torp Shopping Center in Uddevalla, you will find everything you could possibly need when it comes to shopping and restaurant selection. Dragsmark monastery ruins are an exciting excursion destination. Just under 20 minutes by car to Hafsten, where a fantastic sandy beach, diving tower and even a high-altitude course for the brave await. The Ätran has good salmon fishing (fishing license required). Feel free to visit the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with catering and a mustery with outdoor seating. To the north you can quickly reach the nice summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.
