Welcome to this charming house in Bräcke, located outside Kärna - a quiet and natural location only about 30 minutes by car from both Marstrand and Gothenburg. A winding gravel road leads to the house where you are greeted by beautiful nature, tranquility and the chirping of birds. Here you live on a natural plot with lovely grassy areas in a smaller cottage area. This with proximity to the sea, beaches and cliffs, while services and entertainment are within easy reach. The house is about 90 square meters and offers up to five sleeping places divided into two bedrooms and a glazed conservatory (winter-covered) with a sofa bed. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other a single bed, and there is also the possibility of extra sleeping space with a thick, inflatable mattress. The layout is pleasant with a welcoming entrance floor where you are immediately greeted by a fully tiled and fresh bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher and has a dining area and access to the large balcony, and next to it is a cozy living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove that warms you during cooler evenings. Welcome to a nice and well-kept house with a magical view of Torsbyfjärden! The house was built in 2022 and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a sliding door between the bedrooms. A fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen has an open plan with the living room. The cottage has an air heat pump, please turn it off when you are away from home to save on electricity. There are large glass panels facing the balcony and the magical view, pull them away and have a morning coffee, or go down the stairs to your own jetty and take a morning swim. You share the plot with the owners, their house is close but the patios face in different directions. The balcony has glass railings, so there is nothing that obscures the view of the rocks or the water. The balcony has outdoor furniture and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the house is the sauna house that you have at your disposal, it can accommodate six people, it also has a sea view. At the back of the sauna house there is an outdoor shower. Just a ten-minute walk from the house is a large swimming area with a sandy beach, piers and a playground. The area has nice gravel roads for walks and you are welcome to bring your bikes. There is plenty of forest with mushrooms and berries that have nice hikes. A ten-minute drive from the house is Siggesta farm, with animals, mini golf, soccer golf, and an adventure course for children in the forest. They have a good restaurant, coffee shop and ice cream kiosk. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö, which comes alive in the summer due to its proximity to water everywhere. Take a trip to Gustavsberg and shop, take an archipelago boat from Stavsnäs to Sandhamn or other islands in the archipelago or why not into Stockholm, all are nice archipelago trips.

Welcome to a fresh and cozy cottage in Gesunda, located only about 200 meters from Lake Siljan. The cottage was built in 2016 and offers modern and comfortable accommodation with an open plan that creates space and light between the kitchen, living room and dining area. In the living room there is a practical sofa bed that easily converts into a spacious 160 cm wide bed for a good night's sleep. By the kitchen area there is a patio door that leads out to the yard. On the entrance side there is also a patio where you can enjoy quiet mornings or nice summer evenings. If the evening is chilly, light a fire in the stove. The cottage has two bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm wide. The fully tiled bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower. Here there are excellent opportunities for an active holiday. A trip up Gesunda mountain via Buudrundan is a challenging and popular hike of approximately 6.7 km, with fantastic views of Lake Siljan as a reward. For those who want to discover more, there are also other trails in the area, such as Skogsstigen, Toppstigen and several shorter walking trails that are suitable for the whole family. For swimming and relaxation, Siljan is just a stone's throw away, with several nice swimming spots to choose from. Also take the opportunity to explore the charming local area with its nature and culture.
