For those who want to swim, there are many nice bathing spots in Lake Vänern's clear waters. The cabin has a small glassed-in balcony that leads into a smaller hall. Downstairs there is a rustic, nice kitchen and living room with single bed and sofa bed. Smaller bedroom with bunk bed (which can be put down if you want two single beds) and a smaller bathroom with toilet and shower. A steep staircase leads you up to the second floor, which has a completely open floor plan. Here you will find three single beds and a seating area to hang out around to play games or have coffee. The house is not rented out to companies or youth bookings. Take the opportunity to enjoy all the space outside in the spacious garden with a large lawn and plenty of space to play and hang out. Your house is set in a small valley, and surrounded by vegetation, which makes it private and secluded. This lovely holiday home is situated in the archipelago of the west coast, in Ellös, on the beautiful island of Orust. The two-storey house is well-equipped and has a delightful view of the sea. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach. The entrance floor features a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need, including a dishwasher. The living room is light and airy, and features a sofa suite and a cosy wood-burning stove where you can light candles (no fire allowed). It opens onto the lovely conservatory with it's beautiful view of the sea. Next to the conservatory, you will find a furnished terrace. ATTENTION!! It is not allowed to grill on this balcony, if you want to grill, do this on the front of the house. The house has two bathrooms, both located on the bottom floor. Both of the bathrooms have a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. One of them is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will find the sauna in the annex. On the second floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and the family room opens onto a terrace with a wood-fuelled bath barrel. The holiday home has a guest house with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is 80 cm wide and the lower bunk is 120 cm wide). Next to the guest house, you will find the sauna, with room for 5-6 people at a time. The lovely public beach is only 400 metres from the house, featuring a sandy beach, a bathing dock, a trampoline, cliffs, a play ground, and beach volley possibilities. Ellös offers all sorts of services, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayak paddling, diving, fishing, crab fishing and golfing. There are many charming little seaside towns within driving distance, and you mustn't miss visiting the beautiful islands Gullholmen and Käringön. In the middle of Orust you will find the shopper's paradise, Göksäter, well worth a visit! The city of Göteborg is only 75 kilometres away. Due to the steep location, the house is not suitable for small children. The house is not rented out to youth groups according to § 3.3 of the Rental Terms. This newly-built holiday home is set in Vesslunda, on the beautiful west coast. The cosy little house is within walking distance of the beach and it is surrounded by beautiful nature. The house features an open-plan dining room and kitchen area, equipped with the necessary amenities. The dining room opens onto the lovely, spacious terrace. The charming bedroom features a comfortable double bed and the bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The terrace leads to the annex, which is older than the house and not suited for staying in during the winter. It contains a spacious living room with a single bed and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The annex also has a roofed terrace. There's an outdoor shower in the garden. The beach in Långaveka is only 600 metres away and the nature reserve of Vesslunda is only 300 metres from the house. In Långasand you will find a restaurant and a pizza place. The nearby village of Ugglarp offers stunning beech woods, a shop, a restaurant, a bathing area, and a camping area. The rivers Suseå and Kattegatt offer excellent fishing opportunities. Don't forget to get a permit for fishing in Suseå! Visit one of the nearby golf clubs with their lovely golf courses. Don't forget to visit the lovely village of Slöinge with it's famous ice cream factory and shop as well as Äppelgården, where they serve home made cider. Or why not visit the nearby town of Falkenberg? Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities. The popular beach Skrea strand is just a few minutes from Falkenberg, if you go by car, you can also take a bus or walk there. There are plenty of other lovely bathing spots within a few kilometres. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's. Take a walk along the River Ätran and admire the stunning view.Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, situated close to Halmstad. This traditional holiday home in Varberg is perfect for those seeking tranquility and recreation! Located on the beautiful west coast, this cottage is 500 metres from the nearest neighbour, and has a lovely garden for play and recreation. The cottage features a well-maintained kitchen with a wood-burning cooker. Please note that the wood-burning cooker is only for show and must not be used. The living room is equipped with a TV, a big corner sofa, and a dining table. There's one bedroom on the bottom floor, please note that there's no door to this room, but there's a curtain that you can draw for privacy. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. On the second floor, there are two cosy bedrooms. The house sleeps a total of five people, in five single beds. Next to the church, Nösslinge Kyrka, you will find the lovely lake Neden, where the boat is docked. The lake is rife with fish such as pike and bass. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit in the village! By the lake, you will also find a lovely little bathing spot. The owner of your holiday home has four Shetland ponies in the field next to your holiday home. They are surrounded by an electric fence. Please pay attention so that your children don't touch the fence or go inside it. The beautiful seaside town of Varberg is only 35 kilometres (about half an hour by car) away. Varberg is a very popular summer resort with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The town has a fortress, Varbergs fästning, that dates back to the 13th century and there are guided tours for those who are interested. If you enjoy birdwatching, you mustn't miss the island of Getterön, which is close to Varberg. Getterön also has a lovely beach, exhibits, a shop, and a café. Welcome to the wonderful west coast!

Your holiday home is situated next to the harbor and has an amazing panoramic view over the ocean; located in Nogersund which is one of the most popular spot on this coastline. Nogersund in turn is located in the beautiful landscape of Blekinge, and has a harbor where there are several boat connections which goes to the island Hanö. Hanö is a very popular tourist destination. The furnishing in this holiday home is beautiful and tasteful, and on the outside it has a large plot and a lovely patio on two sides. On the ground floor is a kitchen, living room and a pleasant bedroom located. The bed is 110cm wide and the kitchen area has everything you would need for easy and convenient kitchen work. Upstairs is two additional bedrooms located one with a double bed and the other with two simple beds. There are bathrooms on both floors on the holiday home. In the evening there is always pleasant to sit on the patio and have a good meal, for example you can eat the fish you purchased from one of the fishing boats the same morning. There is a newly built greenhouse where you can sit on colder days. Nogersund is located just a few kilometers from Hällevik where you can find a good fish shop which sells fresh fish, smoked delicacies among other things. In June is Sweden Rock Festival in Norje boke and there are several events in Sölvesborg during the summer time. Or maybe you can go on a pleasant trip to Mörrum where you can find “the house of Salmon” or Kreativum in Karlshamn.

The cottage is set on an elevated garden plot with several lovely outdoor sitting areas. The cottage is well-kept and has an open-plan kitchen with a dining table and the necessary kitchen amenities. In the living room, there's a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with two beds and the bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower cubicle. Outside, there's a comfortable, furnished terrace from which you have a delightful view of the surroundings. Lake Hälasjön is within walking distance, only 150 metres away. The area offers a number of gorgeous walking paths. The town of Borås is only 7 kilometres from the cottage. In Borås you can visit the zoo and the shopping mall Knalleland. Borås was once Sweden's largest producer of textiles and fashion wear. If you are interested in textiles and fashion, you will enjoy the textile museum. The big city of Göteborg is 64 kilometres away, a distance that takes about an hour to drive. Göteborg offers shopping and entertainment, as well as the big amusement park Liseberg, and the museum Universeum. If you enjoy bargain shopping, the town of Ullared is also within driving distance. Ullared is famous for it's shopping centre Gekå's. People travel from all over the country to shop there. In fact Gekå's is so famous it even has it's own reality TV-show! This lovely holiday home is a flat on the bottom floor of a house right by the beach in LÃ¥ngevik. You have your own entrance to the flat so you will have privacy even though the owners live on the second floor. The flat features a living room with a comfortable sofa suite , adjacent to a smaller kitchen with a cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher (please note: there is no oven). The bedroom is spacious and features two single beds and a new extra bed suitable for a child. There is also a small children's mattress you can use if you have two children. The bathroom is tiled and features a wc, wash basin, and a shower. At the front of the house there is a charming little outdoor sitting area, nicely surrounded by bushes, giving it a cosy feeling. This is a great place to have breakfast or an evening meal, or just relax. Experience the beauty of this area from the little tower by the church, it offers an enchanting view of the sea. Or why not take a lovely walk along the south harbour, or on the new dock by the north harbour? This is a wonderful place for those who love the seaside! Lysekil is the perfect base for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the archipelago. Take a boat trip and admire the islands. Or rent a kayak! In the centre of Lysekil you will find shops, restaurants and music events. There are plenty of lovely destinations for day trips, for instance the many charming little towns in the archipelago. Another attractive destination is Gothenburg, with it's shops and restaurants, and it's famous funfair Liseberg. This lovely holiday home is situated in the small village of Lur in Skåne. It is set in scenic surroundings, has a private sauna, and a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. The cottage has a small kitchen with all of the basic amenities, and if you need a larger freezer, there's one in the annex. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a TV, and a VCR-player. There's also a sofa bed in the bedroom and another one in the annex. In the bathroom, there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. The house also features a delightful furnished conservatory, perfect for dining or having a cup of coffee whilst admiring the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is set on a large, natural garden plot with trees. There is also a small annex with a smaller freezer. There are two ways to get to the nearby beach. You can take the small walking path (500 metres) or you can drive (800 m). By the beach you will find a dock and the boat that is included in your rent. There are four life jackets in the house. There's a public beach in Hästveda, about 7 kilometres from your cottage. The nearest grocery store is also in Hästveda, and it has a god assortment of exotic meat. Another nearby town is Osby, where you will find the Brio Toy Museum, with a model railway, a Barbie collection, and Santa's workshop. If you would like to make a day trip, there are several nice towns within driving distance. One example is Kristianstad, where there are shops, restaurants, music events in the park, and a railway museum. Please note that you don't have a view of the lake from the cottage.
