Welcome to this newly-built holiday home situated south of Borgholm, on beautiful Öland! In this delightful cottage you will be only 2 kilometres from the sea and 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Borgholm. The cottage is set on the same plot of land as the owner's home . It has an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto the terrace. The cottage has air conditioner all year around and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A steep set of stairs will take you up to the mezzanine where there's a mattress with a width of 140 centimetres. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Please note that the cabin is not rented out to youth groups. Öland has plenty of lovely bicycle trails which makes it easy to go places by bike. The nature here is stunning and there's a number of lovely beaches to choose from. If you enjoy golfing, Ekerum is nearby, offering one of Sweden's largest golf courses. Families will enjoy the zoo and the amusement park by the bridge, Ölandsbron. This is a cosy holiday home set on a beach plot by the beautiful lake Saljen. The cottage has a spacious terrace with a panoramic view of the lake, the garden, and the forest. The cottage features a light and airy kitchen with a cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a freezer. In the living room you will find a sofa bed for two, a sofa suite, and a TV. The bedroom features two single beds. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The cottage also contains a sauna that fits two people. The plot is shared with the owner. Right by the cottage you will find a lovely little bay suitable for swimming. There's a little sandy beach there, and a dock where your boat awaits you. Saljen is excellent for fishing, with plenty of bass, pike, and pike-perch. There is a rowing boat that is included as well as an electric motor that can be rented from the owner. Please note that you are not allowed to bring your own boat or motor to the lake. The area of Skirö is famous for it's flora, it's beautiful forests, and it's lakes. Why not try panning for gold in Ädelfors, eight kilometres away. Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World is 58 kilometres away and is a destination both children and adults will enjoy. The mine of Kleva is 18 kilometres from the cottage.In the wintertime you can visit the ski runs in Kettilsås, 15 kilometres away. Another wonderful place within driving distance is The Kingdom of Crystal in Kosta, 55 kilometres. This is where the famous Kosta Boda glassware is made. Welcome to a lovely holiday destination!

Welcome to the beautiful island of Dyrön which is set south of Tjörn, in Älgö fjord. This lovely holiday home is set only 200 metres from the sea and has a big, secluded garden of 100 square metres, as well as a spacious wooden terrace. On the bottom floor of the house, there's an open-plan kitchen and living room with a dining table, a TV and a sofa. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. You have access to a parking spot in Rönnäng, which is on the nearby island of Tjörn. Please note that the owner of the house sometimes lives on the second floor. More than 5 persons are not allowed in the house or in the garden at the same time. Dyrön is an idyllic holiday destination, a small island of 1.5 square metres. There's a grocery store, a restaurant, an art gallery, and a café on the island. There are plenty of activities, the island has a football field, a tennis court, mini golf, a beach volley court, a boule court, a public sauna, and a lovely hiking trail. You park your car in a public parking lot quite near the house. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the home and garden. The owner lives sporadically upstairs. Welcome to the gorgeous island of Dyrön!

It has a beautiful outdoor sitting area and a nice garden where the children can play. The house features a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, an extra bed, a TV (with the Swedish channels 1 and 2), and a DVD player. The living room opens onto the lovely terrace. The cottage is set only 300 metres from the sea and the lovely fjord Bottnafjorden. If you want to rent a docking place for a boat, you can rent one from the landlord for the price of 500 SEK/week. The popular bathing spot at Badholmarna is only 2.5 kilometres away, with sandy beaches, cliffs, trampolines, and bathing docks. The lovely, 70-kilometre-long walking path Soteleden is also nearby. If you are interested in history, then you have come to the right place! Bohuslän has been populated since the stone ages, and there are many interesting ancient remains here, stone carvings, ancient grave fields and a stone circle. The house consists of 1 bedroom and an alcove in the living room. The harbor is only 100 m away, and here there's plenty of boats and lots of boutiques, restaurants, amazing views and the island is full of beaches with swimming possibilities. The free ferry line will take you around the archipelago, and you are welcome to bring your bicycle along the ride.

The 5 km drive from Munkedal down to charming Gårvik on the coast is enchanting in itself! The small, winding road leads past meadows and fields, ending at Gullmarsfjord with its child-friendly beach. This vacation home is located on a hill, with woods, coastline, bathing jetty, and small harbor within a radius of only about 100 m. The bright and cozy vacation home has a partially glazed veranda with a brick fireplace. There is also an open fireplace in the adjoining living area. Bright kitchen with small dining area.
