The apartment is ideally located to explore Osttirol. The owner is friendly and helpful. You can relax on the terrace after a day trip or a brisk walk. In the bathroom, a square shower would be more spacious than this rounded shower. Too bad that a shelf above the sink is missing. There is a microwave in the kitchen, but no glass jars to place in it. The cooker is ready to use, but has seen better days. There is a spacious fridge with 2 parts freezer. A vacuum cleaner would be an added value, especially if you stay there for 3 weeks. A blackout curtain in the bedroom is necessary, as a street lamp is on. Despite these minor shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment.

The arrival was nice, because I was very tired of the car ride there and I got the key of the apartment without having to submit the booking papers. I could immediately bring my things in and shower afterwards. The landlord Manfred is a pleasant man to have contact with. If there are problems, he will resolve it as soon as possible. We had booked a house with an enclosed garden because the dog was coming with us.
There is an enclosed garden, but we were not allowed to use it.
The rest of the house is okay, but it is very dated and not very clean and there is a big mess around the house.

we were together with our dog over the new year in East Tyrol. We liked it well, we have been very warmly received. The apartment was nicely decorated and serves its purpose very well. We, 50 + couple, had a great holiday in Ferienhaus Angerer. We were very warmly welcomed by Manfred Larcher. The introduction to Anna and their daughters was nice. We had a small double apartment and this met our expectations. Be something more crockery and cutlery in the kitchen may be. Now we had to turn on the dishwasher every day even though it was far from full then. Everything else fine. R nIn the village of Matrei you find nice restaurants and shops. There are some larger supermarkets where you can do your daily shopping. In Feld, where Haus Angerer is located, the Landgasthof Steiner. This is within walking distance of Haus Angerer and you, well and good food for a reasonable amount, here. Everyone was very welcoming and we hope again for our holiday to go back next year.
