The reception was very pleasant! A super nice hostess showed us the apartment and explained everything to us. The rooms are much nicer than the pictures! Very spacious and bright! The bathroom is modern and there is a second shower in a double room. We were 6 people for skiing and there was never stress with the showers, etc. as each room has a sink! Perfect! The kitchen is functional and is well suited for common games evenings! Everything is there what you need. The fridge is quite small. There is no toaster. But but microwave, kettle, stove, oven and coffee maker. At cutlery and dishes everything is there! We are always 10 minutes by car to Kaltenbach drove to the gondola. Directly in front of the house the bus goes to the Spieljoch Bahn.

The setting is lovely. you're well on 8km from Hochzillertal ski area and the ski bus is only 2 times in the morning. Moreover, you have to change in Fugfen on another bus.

Upon arrival, warmly received by the owner of the apartment. Got an extensive tour and then could well go our way. It is a net apartment. Super clean and nice beds. Spacious bedrooms and a cozy kitchen to hang into the late hours. Small bakery in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, there is not much to do.

The family consisting of 6 adults and one child celebrated a wonderful week skiing. The bedrooms are all equipped with a sink, the kitchen is a bit on the tight side, no dishwasher and wifi, but also entirely in line with the price \/ quality ratio, good price good quality. The fresh bread, milk and eggs every morning from six-thirty to ten-thirty to get the angle at the local grocer and the ski bus to Fugen and Kaltenbach really for the house! Super very easily, within 15 minutes we were in Kaltenbach and the afternoon back in a bus where there was enough space and you did not fear that the bus is full and you have to wait an hour for the next. A very friendly landlady, neatly cleaned, and the waste was often disposed of, so it was neat. We had sun every day and on top of the peaks there was enough snow. A top holiday and worth repeating.

An excellent base for a relaxing summer holiday combined with hill walking. We hardly used the car apart from some shopping and a trip across the Brenner Pass. For example we walked from the house to the summit of Widersbergerhorn and walked to the cable car to reach the top of Spieljoch for a walk around the heights there. We went by the train to go to Innsbruck and Mayrhofen for other days out. The restaurant across the road, the Hamberg was very good and the Edelweiss in Fugen was a good choice and only a short walk away. The little shop at the back was handy for breakfast bread etc.

Great house for winter sports. Hour drive to ski Kaltenbach. Baker behind the house where you can get all from 7am bread. However, a disadvantage that there is only one toilet and which is in the bathroom. With 7 adults is tricky. Kitchen is a bit small, but doable.

The apartment is very pretty. We have booked the apartment for a week of skiing and were very happy with the choice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and large sun balcony with ample seating. Cookware is sufficiently available. It is handy that the kitchen is separated by the staircase from the bedrooms. Who wants to sleep earlier, is not disturbed by the conversation noise in the kitchen. Small blemish A shower curtain could prevent flooding after a shower and a dishwasher would be helpful. But otherwise really nice. The ski bus stop is right outside the house and in 10 minutes you are in Kaltenbach. Great for skiers.

Cottage was beautiful, open living kitchen separated from the hallway with bedrooms and shower room. 1 Toilet in the bathroom with bath and washbasin. In addition, a shower in one of the bedrooms. Ideal during the winter. Heart is a quiet village, so we always had a seat on the bus. Within 10min. you stood at the bottom of the slopes and you were at the end of the day back home! Walking distance small local supermarket for fresh bread! Single focus point is the cleaning, this was fine but not outstanding. Owner very friendly! In short, a real winner with bus stop outside the door!

For us, the large (and kept clean) Troppmair apartment with 4 separate bedrooms and three older children was very nice. We had a super holiday. Nice weather and s "sit evening nice long on the balcony. R nWe have bought a Zillertal card and could make 11 mountain railways use. R Nook you had free access to six public air baths. Shame you the indoor could not use. despite 28 degrees it was already too cold so fast. It was our first time here we had holiday but we will not be here again soon after draw near because there are few opportunities point.The cottage was clean but you could see that it had been. We, together with 4 adults 3 children (7.10 and 12), spent wonderful holiday over New Year. A great and spacious apartment. Large kitchen which is separated by the staircase of the bedrooms. Thus no one is disturbed in his sleep. Small shop in the immediate vicinity of the most important things - in our case the buns for breakfast. Ski bus (Line 6) right at home and is a good 10 minutes at the base station in Kaltenbach. Delicious pizzeria with wood oven at 200m.

With friends this spacious house occupied one week. Property is a little dated, but spacious rooms with wastafel.functionele kitchen with ample space, pans and servies.skibus stops outside. It is a house on the first floor, nicely furnished. But the kitchen is very small, only a sink, a refrigerator and an electric stove. Bigger is not even the kitchen sink! Wait until the owner came to let us in. The owner lives two towns away who had (according to a note that was stuck on the door), but we call when we arrived. Aangezien we hier verbleven voor een wintervakantie en de meeste tijd op de piste doorbrengen, stellen we niet erg hoge eisen aan extra luxe. Wel een heel goede ligging om naar Kaltenbach of Fugen te gaan skieën. De woning is eerlijk: geen luxe maar alles is aanwezig. Ruime slaapkamers (met wastafel) en prima bedden. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning heeft een goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Enige minpunt: slechts een toilet aanwezig in de badkamer. Met twee gezinnen geeft dit soms "spanningen" ;-) Zeker een aanrader.

We are late July / early August 2010 in this house. The hostess is very friendly. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds were fine. The kitchen / living room is a bit small. The balcony is generous. There are three sides to banks and two umbrellas. The setting is beautiful. The house is centrally located for trips to other parts of Austria. We have a good holiday. fam Top
