Like the past times super satisfied with the Bauerhuisje. From the renewed garden furniture we could enjoy the beautiful views again. The bbq is no longer present, but that is no problem with the well-equipped kitchen. Our dogs have been able to fully enjoy themselves in the perfectly enclosed garden. We look forward to returning again.

Very kindly received by the Bauer family persoonlijk.Mooi clean house with a great fenced garden where our dogs all desire freely lopen.Normaliter we could not go a second time to the same location but if we consider it in the future still a time would do this is certainly very high on our lijst.Omgeving is superb and if you want a bit of walking and keep your fitness level up a bit is actually you do not make the mountain you have concerns with the auto.Moet you enough food etc in the cottage hebt.Aanrader not to take to forget a Far Binoculars if you like photography is a telephoto lens also aanrader.Prachtige flora and fauna

We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Admittedly, it is high up, in a quiet location and the road down to the valley really takes some getting used to....but it was worth it for us. Since we wanted to rest without a lot of hiking and the like, it was pure relaxation for us and the dogs.

On Kalchberg we had a wonderful holiday in the middle of nature. The house is well equipped and very clean, we especially liked the large wooden swing in the garden, which is well fenced, our dogs could romp unhindered there. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, but it was always nice to just sit in the garden and watch the young cows on the surrounding pasture. We like to come again.

Everything was just as we imagined. Fam. Bauer has instructed us great. Everything went quickly and easily and after half an hour went off the holiday. Absolute quiet, pristine nature, every day 2 x forest walks with a successful mushroom hunting ... for us a dream.

Very friendly reception by the owners. The location is great with beautiful views, especially when the sun is shining. The house is high and the road to it is not very wide, but the other residents in the area are friendly and very social on the road.

Cottage is very well furnished. cozy swing with beautiful view. ..But only 1 kitchen towel present.ideaal for people looking for peace and quiet. There is not much choice for eating out in the area. This is not the most touristy side of Carinthia. Not suitable for those who do not dare to drive uphill. At 7 km a height difference of 500 m.

Cottage was good and fully equipped, however, on arrival you have to pay everything that must be paid on site and the prices of Belvilla are not correct. Unfortunately the weather was in Sonnenland Kärnten in the first week of bad, a lot of rain, fog, etc., in the second week it was for our older dog (15,5 years) too hot for walking, but we have totally us in the wonderful silence recovering from everyday stress, the house is not just for people with a dog (s) highly recommended.

The holiday was great! In very good condition, clean, super views and very quiet .. With very good weather's wrong with just a pool! -) Especially suitable for a holiday with dogs (we have two haddden it) .. Precisely activities in the area are a minus .. To see something nice or go to a lake to swim you should soon an hour away. .

The house was easy to find for us. \\ R \\ nFor our arrival we were greeted by Mr and Mrs Bauer very friendly and got the most important thing shown. It is really very quiet, the Land ࿌ k is beautifully fenced, so our two dogs were lying in the garden in the sun without supervision. The 7 km down to the place, of course, already a St ࿌ k to go there but we have enjoyed the tranquility and natural top, thus driving distance of us did not bother. From the house also can do some nice walks, so you do not have to necessarily always get in the car. The current reading was designed from the outset flexible with us and there are some ways to reach someone in an emergency. We spent a nice and relaxing holiday there and if it draws us back to this area, feel free to ask again at Bauer family.

The holiday home farmhouse is located about 7 km from the main road in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by mountain meadows and forests. For a successful startup, we needed something to believe in courage, really up there still is our house. But - just unswervingly continue. The goal is - like in the picture - with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The environment is not rugged alpine, but ideal for walkers. Unlike other entries in this house there are countless hiking trails directly from the house. From the trail for 1 hour up to the day trip to the serviced Görlitz hut anything is possible directly from your doorstep. You have to replace only the sun loungers in the garden opposite the hiking boots. Shopping should be planned, the road is extremely wide. But - there is a huge fridge and freezer. Who likes it warm in the house, the heating is ok for heat friends. The kitchen technology diffusers nothing to be desired and is nagelneu.Die landlords are also very dog \u200b\u200bfriendly. The property is totally fenced and well maintained. Absolutely no legacies upon arrival (and departure -)) Warning for very small dogs. The title says it short and sweet again calm and space, at 1,200 meters, are characteristic of this part of Carinthia. No large-scale tourism but all immediately necessary facilities within reasonable distance (500 meters below 6.5 km in the village. / Town). An environment for hikers and mountain bikers. The spread of people living (mostly cattle farmers) are very nice. But even more so the cows that need attention, so much fun! For those who want to have the household like home then this Ferienhaus fully equipped (up to and including a washing machine, oven, microwave and even a dishwasher .....). Nevertheless ... that you do not have to use all, after you pay separately for all electricity used. In short, a great holiday!

Great house, within lacked in nothing! Even with bad weather comfortable. What was unfortunate that the house, which at most 30 meters from the holiday cottage is located, was continuously inhabited We had expected much more privacy. The house stands on the north side, so little sun. Also, it was sometimes annoying, especially in bad weather, you had three gates open and close again to get to the house there were many cows. Had a lovely week in a well-kept house with a lovely enclosed garden in a quiet area with a beautiful view of a 10 min drive from the town of Bad Sankt Leonard.Het home of the friendly owner stands next to it, it was just the weekend. A few hundred meters from the farm next door. It is not entirely remote, you see it everywhere farms. The people are friendly. The way there is pretty small, but you get used quickly and you have anywhere coves where you can stand when you place an oncoming krijgt.In are 3 supermarkets (Penny, Spar, Billa). The latter we found the most comfortable because of extended range. In the house are folders and folders with uittips, but there is also a tourist brochure with sufficient material. A fine and well furnished house. It can be seen that the owner would there care bear. When we arrived the previous day she had just posted a new washing machine. The cottage is very nice and is in a very quiet surroundings. For people who love peace and quiet! The nearby home of the brother of the owner is not inhabited. The access road from the village (about 6 km) is quite narrow but you get used to it quickly. In the village are a few good supermarkets where we could get everything we needed. The area is not touristy and less spectacular but nature lovers will have lots of fun. We have in the two and a half weeks not bored!

This beautiful, rustic, detached holiday home/chalet for a maximum of 5 people is located in Bad St. Leonhard - Kalchberg in the Wolfsberg im Lavanttal district in Carinthia, is located directly on the edge of the forest at an altitude of 1,150 meters and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
The holiday home offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine, terrace and a beautiful garden. You can park directly at the house.
Bad St. Leonhard is located in the center of the Paracelsius region in the upper Lavanttal and enjoys a good reputation as a spa and rehabilitation location. In Bad St. Leonhard - Kalchberg there are several churches, castles and ruins that are worth a visit (Gomarn Castle Ruins, Wiesenau Castle, Leonhardi Church). Sports and nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, a summer toboggan run and an adventure climbing garden on the Klippitztörl in summer; in winter the Klippitztörl is also a well-known ski area.
In summer, the Reichenfels outdoor pool, the stadium pool in Wolfsberg, the Sankt Paul im Lavanttal adventure pool, the Lavamünd natural swimming lake or the Sankt Andräer See offer lots of bathing fun!
