Nice and comfortable apartment in a prime location. The apartment is not very large, but well equipped for 4 people (I can imagine that it could be a bit tighter with 6 people). There was also plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and other kitchen utensils. The beds are good. The double bed was very comfortable: 1 of us likes to sleep on a firm mattress and the other on a soft mattress, and we both slept wonderfully. The sauna is doing great, it warms up quickly. The apartment has a nice balcony with a view and balcony furniture. The sound insulation is excellent, we heard almost nothing from the other apartments. The reception is very friendly. The location is great for winter sports enthusiasts (and I think also for those seeking peace and quiet and for those who want an active summer holiday): In the mountains, directly at the middle station of the cable car. There is a heated ski storage room in the basement of the apartment building. From there you only have to go up a flight of stairs and you are already outside less than 100 meters from the slopes and the lift. There is also a ski rental next to the lift. The complex has a restaurant where you can enjoy lunch, dinner or a drink. The service is top notch. Furthermore, there are no entertainment venues - we think that is an advantage, it is therefore wonderfully quiet in the evening. If you want to go out and party late into the night, this is not the right place. The nearest town, Mittersill, is best reached by car (about a 15-minute drive). There you will find several supermarkets and other shops, including (outdoor) sports shops. You can order sandwiches online. They are then delivered to the reception early in the morning by the baker. 1 space has been reserved for this apartment in the parking garage. There is a parking lot outside where you can park for free.
We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful complete apartment. Beautiful location at 1200 meters altitude with the gondola next door. Your own space in the private parking garage. The apartment is a bit small for 6 people. There were three of us now, which was fine. Furthermore, everything you use at home was present. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the sauna is top notch. Good beds. The floor and dining room chairs could do with a facelift. We also thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely worth repeating, but then I would personally choose a larger apartment.

Very nicely located accommodation with a very nice and friendly care on the spot by the house manager. Contrary to the description we found towels on the spot. In the area you can go many great excursions, especially hiking. There are many hiking tours specially designed for families with children. We had a great holiday and can highly recommend the accommodation. The adjoining restaurant had closed, how much noise with an open restaurant is to be expected, is difficult to judge.

We have been here in the summer. Despite arriving late, the keys were ready and we were right in our apartment. We were received very kind and welcoming by hostess Berni, giving us a lot of tips on what to do in the area .. and that's more than enough because of its central location. Think of e.g. The Krimml waterfalls, the Sigmund-Thun klamm and Salzburg. The apartment was very clean, modern and fully equipped, such as a sauna, modern bathroom, private Wi-Fi and a large kitchen (with oven). Furthermore a nice and large balcony with dining table and separate sun loungers .. perfect. If desired, we can order sandwiches at Berni every day, which is delivered at the door very handy. In winter we were even swept by Berni .. small gesture but it feels extra hospitable.

Very welcoming and friendly welcome. Apartment was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the sauna was excellent.We were with two of them so space but also with four people it's spacious enough. Nice view of the balcony, unfortunately the sun did not shine in the afternoon, but still Can you sit there? All in all, a very successful location and apartment.

Arrival was fine! We were warmly received and received a clear explanation and tour of the apartment and the complex.The accommodation was very nice, very comfortable. Spacious bathroom with perfect working sauna. The beds are fine and a nice view from the balcony. You're right on the pass thurn, through which you're right on all roads. There is much to see and do. You can also make beautiful walks directly from the apartment and you sit with the lift from the middle station so above where you can also nice wandel.Wij look back on a nice week holiday in this apartment!

We also very warmly welcome by Frau Hollerbach with an extensive tour. The apartment was lovely spacious and very complete, like the other facilities offered. Furthermore denotes literally on the slopes and Mittersill is an excellent spot with good runs .. On the slopes themselves maybe just a little less sun as in Kitzbuhel but it prevents icy slopes which these were in excellent condition. This was definitely a holiday that certainly lived up to all expectations and in our opinion for a repeat!

The holiday home is right next to the cable car and an Intersport for ski rental in the ski area. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a sauna, bathtub, balcony with a great view, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing to complain about is the few storage compartments/tables. Otherwise everything was really great. Underground car park and restaurant belong to the house. Katja at reception is a good contact person in the house. We liked it very much and we would love to come back.

Very pleasant reception, clear information. The accommodation was well maintained only there were a number of pots without a lid. The location is great for walkers, or winter sports enthusiasts (near ski lift), but for small children the immediate surrounding facilities / possibilities are more limited. Furthermore, the only thing that bothered us was the sound of the road next to the apartment (busy lane). If you have an apartment on the other side you will be much less bothered by this.

The location was perfect. The bathroom and sauna were good. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were quite small, with hardly any space between the closet and the bed. The kitchen equipment could be better. Unfortunately, the wooden floor was so grooved that you would regularly get splinters if you walked around in socks without slippers. This was particularly inconvenient for small children who sometimes play on the floor.

The panorama chalets are characterized by the close proximity to the central station and the ski slope (only a few steps), making it ideal for smaller children. The chalets themselves are well equipped (modern kitchen, bathroom, partially sauna in the room) and clean, the staff extremely freudlich and helpful (maps and information about the ski resort or the surrounding area). The location is more suitable for people who seek not the immediate bustle (bars, shops, etc ...). The nearest town 5 km away.

We were there as a family with 2 children. Place was there for everyone. The apartment is very clean and has a big nice balcony where we had breakfast every morning and evening have recovered. The most amazing after a day of hiking was the sauna, even the children have had fun doing it. Small disadvantage because we slept with open windows, it was a little noisy in the morning because the house is right on the highway, an advantage by car you could reach everything quickly. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. It is common ground we'll be back !!!

This apartment is a 2-bedroom chalet located 100m away from the ski lift, can house up to 6 guests. It has access to free WiFi and there is a private sauna.
Located on the slopes of Kirchberg and Kitzbuhek ski areas, you can ski right from your doorstep. The Panorama gondola is right next door. Lies on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol at a snow-sure elevation of 1200m. There are various hiking trails and mountaineering in Mittersill-Hollersbach-Stuhlfelden. You can enjoy a cycling tour to the water reservoir at the Resterhohe. Public transport and restaurants are available closeby. Moor Alm Restaurant lets you book lunch and dinner in advance, but the service is limited to winters only.
With a sauna, a private terrace and a shared garden, this home has various spots to chill. Lift and Parking is also available to make life comfy. Please make sure that you dispose off your rubbish and switch on the dishwasher if there are any used dishes.
