This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located approx. 600 meters from the city center of Mariapfarr in Lungau in Salzburgerland, near the ski areas of Fanningberg and Grosseck/Speiereck - Mauterndorf/St. Michael.

The chalet offers a living and dining room with an open kitchen and dining table on the first floor as well as access to its own terrace/veranda. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a stackable bed. The chalet also has a ski storage room and a garden. You can park directly at the chalet.

Mariapfarr is a place with a healing climate and one of the sunniest in Austria, but also a true ski paradise; there are the nearby ski areas of Grosseck/Speiereck - Mauterndorf/St. Michael with 50 kilometers of slopes, Fanningberg with 24 kilometers of slopes (both 8 kilometers from the town center), Katschberg-Aineck with 80 kilometers of slopes and Obertauern with over 100 kilometers of slopes. This Lungau holiday resort also offers promising mountain tours, hiking routes, guided ski tours and cross-country ski trails.
