A spacious house in a not so well known but fantastic area.
Many hiking opportunities.
Also a nice swimming pool nearby.
The house is dated but is fully equipped.

Super nice holiday home with a friendly owner. We have been here twice and have already booked for next year. The house has everything you need to have a good holiday and the Matrei-Kals ski area is a 5-minute drive away. If I have to mention 1 negative point, it is the mattresses. They could have been renewed.

Lovely spacious house. Dated furnishings, but everything you need is (amply) available. If a large pan could be an addition. The mattresses are thin, so you can experience the bed as "hard". There is a lot of space in front of the house and the location is certainly favorable. Much can be reached from the house within 30 minutes by car.

Accommodation is pretty spacious. The smoke was a bit muffy at first, but after skimming this became better. The house can be cleaner. The surroundings are beautiful, seen from the kitchen window regularly.

We had 2 great weeks.
Spacious house in a beautiful quiet location. Beautiful surroundings where you can walk and a good base for the Dolomites in Italy.
Photos on the site are dated.
Garden chairs and trampoline are missing. The large corner sofa was gone so there was no room for 8 people in the living room. Household goods not really suitable for 8 people.
Shower was good.
House was dirty, no bucket and mop to freshen it up yourself.
Garden nice for the children to play but be careful with small children because there was regularly dog poop.

The meeting with, and the explanation by the homeowner was very short. Shorter could not be. Furthermore, she did not have much contact with her. Well some more with the owner. The accommodation is very sober. Cottage was not really clean. Too few chairs inside. Easy garden chairs outside were missing. The surroundings were particularly beautiful. The cottage is centrally located in Ost Tirol. We had 2 nice weeks. We would like to keep our holiday in this area.

We have a nice holiday gehad.Huis is fine bevallen.Minder was that there was no enclosed yard for the kids to play in. Because there are dogs running around, carefully navigating towards the trampoline.Van was the five bedrooms, two of lesser quality (small, cramped) .There are three beautiful double kamers.Wifi was there, while that was not on the website. Washing was there (I believe was not on site) .Handdoeken there were not as many (tip take some note himself, incl. washcloths) Sound of the Isel (river) we found quite nice. Window closed and you hear nothing more of it, trouwens.Buiten state or an (old) table but no chairs (only four chairs and a bench under the porch).

It's fine to verblijven.Een with a whole family in the large farm good starting point for bergwandelingen.Grossklockner, Staller Sattel and the cable car from Matrei omhoog.Voor the children Karlitzenklamm.

Very pleasant place. Although ៎ offer no wi-fi, on mejscu turned out ៎ is. The offer resulted ៎ is one ᐪ zienka on site turned out ៎ are two separate toilets and a separate shower and a washing machine. If you like climate ៎ old wooden house is recommended.

Winter holidays in authentic wooden house. All present, large kitchen / cooking facilities. Restaurant (for us) within walking distance. Distance to ski lift car 5km to do well (no snow in valley), probably with snow still snow chains. Varied skiing, lots of red but wide. Stunning views all around. Walkers could also manage well. (Winter walks through VVV)

We had a pleasant holiday in this very old Austrian farm. Personally I would to organize things differently, but as a holiday is all you need. The owner, Manfred, is a pleasant person who gives you the necessary space. The tumbling Isel, a few hundred meters from the house, provides a background where you need to keep this into account. The spacious environment gives you all the tools in good and bad weather.

Nice big house, quiet, beautiful surroundings, ideally situated between the highest mountains of Austria, for day trips to Grossglockner, grossvenediger, Italy or closer to Matrei where you can make with scenic views and outlook on the cable car also at high altitude scenic walks 60 mountains over 3000 meters high. Also beautiful bike rides in the river valleys of the Drau and Isel, where you can go rafting. Summer toboggan run of 2.7 km in Lienz, fun for the whole family. Overall a very nice, varied holiday for the whole family in a typical old spacious well maintained home in beautiful East Tyrol.

The stay was very good. With seven people ran together you do not get in the way. Delicious as "a great and free shelter and rest (we saw from the terrace sometimes the deer walk) with the distant sound of a brook kabbeledne. Friendly owner.

Authentic Austrian farm of 200 years old, located next to the owner's house, which it rented two apartments. House is well placed for further action. Bedding sufficient. Seating comfort in the kitchen leaves something to be desired (couch and two old and several chairs, tables where you can not with your legs).

This holiday home built in Tyrolean style in Matrei in Osttirol has 5 bedrooms, a private terrace and shared garden, so that you can enjoy stunning views. You can house 8 people, making it well-suited for a large family.
You can take the ski bus or get involved in cross country, 1 km away from the home. The town centre is 5 km away, where there are shops also. The nearest ski lift is 5 km away. There is a lake at 20 km.
Who would go indoors when there is a private terrace and a garden, to soak in the views and enjoy meals. Kids will not get bored here as play equipment, table football and sand pit are available for recreation. Parking is on-site. Ski boot heaters are also there so that you can have warm boots. There is a recreation room, with TV and stove. You can bring 2 of your pets for a small fee.
