House top, very well maintained and clean. Well equipped and very attractively furnished. About the surroundings Saalbach Hinterglemm you need certainly no further explanations. We spent a group holiday with 13 people for MTB tours. House and surroundings have fully met our expectations. As a self-catering you have to handle in a normal sized kitchen certainly a bit planned, but the large stove is quite sufficient. The equipment with insect screens / doors would certainly be desirable for the summer months. The first lift is located about 300 meters away. This is certainly interesting for the bikers who are more focused on the downhill area. Overall, highly recommended.

Finding the way to the house was not a problem. However, one case of larger amounts of snow certainly needed snow chains to create the final meters to the house (but in Austria What should anyway be standard equipment). We were very warmly welcomed and could already enter the property well before the scheduled arrival time. The house was very clean, spacious, modern and chic eingrichtet. All in all a great value object and every €. One should the large screen TV in every room, the fireplace and of course the sauna erwähnen.Um separately to reach the slopes there were only 50-100 m walk and in good snow conditions you can drive my opinion right up to the doorstep. Therefore, the situation must be proven with top marks.

Amazing location and Chalet is very comfortable and cozy. The host was fast and responsive to all calls and emails. We requested late check out and at no charge were granted. The view from the Chalet is the best from all houses around. The price was fair also.

The road surface up to the house was very very bad.
There need to be a larger fridge and freezer in the house, if 15 to 22 people are going to stay in the house.
Need better wifi in some of the bedrooms !!!

The chalet is very spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed there with 5 families (10 adults and 7 children) and had more than enough room. Everything is at a high level and quality finish. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, good WiFi connection, enough cutlery / plates / glasses, nice terrace ... Overall a very nice chalet where we had a fantastic week polite hebben.Het only fault there was no possibility to more ski in / ski out. This was partly due to the weather conditions of the past few weeks, but there were also said the sunny side of Saalbach (where the villa is located) always closes early April and the villa since it is no longer accessible on skis. All schools were closed in the area and on 3 April also effectively closed the half of the skiing, which have significantly reduced the skiing. It could well be that this is explained with prospective tenants, as we at least the chalet initially chosen because of the ski in / ski out possibilities.

Das Haus bietet von der Größe, Zimmeraufteilung und Einrichtung ideale Voraussetzungen für mehrere Familien, allein die Küche ist etwas klein geraten. Da das Chalet erst seit kurzem vermietet wird, ist alles noch in einem hervorragenden Zustand, geschmackvoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Von den Balkonen hat man eine phantastische Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama, ein steiler Schotterweg führt zum Haus hinauf. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, fußläufig ist ein drei Kilometer langer Spiel- Kletter- und Balancierparcour zu erreichen.
Susanna scheint hauptsächlich für die Wintersportler konzipiert zu sein. Neben einem großen Parkplatz gibt es kaum nutzbare Fläche drum herum, die Terrasse ist für die vielen Personen viel zu klein. Der Hang und der enge Rasenstreifen hinter dem Haus sind ungepflegt und verunkrautet. Wegen unserer Kleinkinder haben wir erst einmal Disteln und Brennnesseln entfernt. Der Hang zum Nachbargrundstück ist leider auch nicht fürs Spielen geeignet, da völlig zu gewuchert. Weil das Grundstück auch nicht umzäunt ist, müssen Kleinkinder ständig beaufsichtigt werden. Bei dem sonnigen Wetter haben wir einen Sonnenschirm schmerzlich vermisst, ebenso wie Liegen. Trotzdem haben wir schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht, auch ein wenig in der Hoffnung, dass etwas nachgerüstet wird.

We missed children's series (plastic plates and cups) and it was not super clean. Also the water was no longer warm for the last ones who had to shower. (22 adults after a day of skiing)
Furthermore nice view, enough seats, dishes. Lucky with the cold outside to have the drinks cold otherwise the fridge was too small.

The closets as well as the rooms were dirty and full of silverfish. Let's now come to the living area: the kitchen was filthy (dishes, cutlery, pots, doors, etc. You couldn't see anything through the windows in front of filthy. The curtains were hanging at half past seven. It was simply filthy. From the previous guests there was garbage on the Terrace Rum Ground floor: silverfish, dirt everywhere, under the beds were things from previous guests Unfortunately we only had contact with the cleaning company Saalbach is a great hiking domicile but no longer in this accommodation.

The house is overall very nice and well equipped.
However, there are some things that could be better.
On the one hand, this is the access road. In winter conditions the driveway was not gritted and was icy at times, making it impassable for cars. It was also difficult as a pedestrian.
The house has a room for ski equipment. However, there are no suitable facilities for drying ski clothes.

Hello! We are now for the second time in this cottage as guests. The arrival was ok, unfortunately because of a mistake (on my part) only 5 beds were made, since I only 5 guests registered. The woman was nice enough and sent someone and made the beds for the other 11 people. What I did not like is that I never was asked which beds should be made out of the house even though I had booked / paid for the whole house (even though it would only have been 5 people). Someone else has decided for me in which room I want to live. I do not think that's professional. 2. I paid the bed linen and the tax for the other 11 people cash, but have not received any bill. Why? 3rd The final cleaning was unfortunately weak. The guests sent me photos of dirt under the beds and in the rooms. Nails, hair and more. I will send you the photos in another e-mail. Otherwise, everything was ok. I like the house and will come again, but the price / comfort ratio is much weaker than last year. We paid more for the house (800 euro plus) and the house was not even cleaned well.

This beautiful detached premium chalet for a maximum of 22 people is located in the well-known Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area in Salzburgerland, right on the slopes and the Jausern lift.
The chalet has 3 floors and offers a large living room with a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. From the living room you can access the sunny balcony and from the kitchen you can access the large terrace. The chalet has 9 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 bunk beds) and 6 bathrooms, a wellness area with sauna and a storage room for skis and ski equipment. You can park directly at the chalet.
Saalbach-Hinterglemm is a well-known alpine village and is located in Pinzgau in Salzburgerland, nestled in the Glemmtal between the Pinzgau grass mountains and the Kitzbühel Alps, and therefore offers limitless activity options for holidaymakers. The ski paradise Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn stretches over an incredible 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern lifts.
