This 200 hectare estate dating back to the 13th century is located in the Natural Park Es Trenc-Salobrar de
Campos and has access to the unspoilt beach of Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. The
access to the beach is via a private road that crosses the property's fields and the forest of the property. The estate consists of five independent lodgings, with a total of 12 double bedrooms, so it can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. Each house has air air conditioning in the bedrooms, equipped kitchen and between 1 and 3 bathrooms. The property has
a swimming pool and a lodge two minutes from the beach, where you can relax, use the bathroom and shower and the minibar.
The finca is a very quiet place, ideal for family gatherings or for those who are looking to disconnect from the
city. In addition to the houses, you can enjoy the
outdoor garden areas for pleasant dinners with family and friends. The nearest village is Campos, 10 minutes by car, with a variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
The airport of Palma de Mallorca is 40 minutes away by car.
