The villa offers a smart TV, portable speaker, three spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds, and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating with solar panels and a heat pump ensures a comfortable climate. The garden is fenced, making it safe for children and dogs, with nearby beaches and forests for walks. The park is fireworks-free with a quiet period from 22:00 to 8:00.
