This modern villa is ideal for peace-seekers and gezgend with a unique location in Flevoland, by the swimming water. The bedrooms comfortably accommodate friends, family or families. You can park a sloop at the private jetty and the enclosed garden makes it very suitable for children and pets.

Just a few minutes by boat will take you to the Veluwe Lake, ideal for fishing and sailing enthusiasts. It also borders the Harderbos nature reserve with many walking and cycling routes. The Veluwe forests are home to many deer, wild boar and special bird species! Be sure to visit the atmospheric Hanseatic city of Harderwijk, full of history, culture and cosy restaurants/terraces. You can rent bicycles a short distance from the house. The house is located in a new housing estate where work may take place on weekdays, outside the construction period.

The villa has a bright interior with lots of luxury. From the living and dining room you have beautiful views over the water and the spacious bedrooms have a fresh look. After a long day, you can relax in the hot tub or sauna (on the side of the house).

The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone. No fireworks are allowed throughout the year. For the sake of peace and quiet, the park must be quiet at 22:00. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day.
