The villa area borders Kungshamn's sports and playground area with skateboard ramps, cable cars, climbing frames, football fields, etc. The villa's location is also perfect for those who want to live near salt baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is within walking distance to several baths, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs, at Tången's bathing area there is also a disabled ramp. Feel free to take a trip down among the boathouses, maybe a fishing boat has come ashore with the day's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on the villa's patio and enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as fresh shrimp, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area there are several fishing and stonemason communities with swimming areas as well as coastal paths and roads with views of the Bohuslän archipelago. Nice cottage in a peaceful environment with a sea view and close to nice salty baths. Welcome to this cottage with attached annex located in a sunny, quiet and peaceful area. Perfect location for the family who wants to live with a sea view near salty baths in scenic surroundings at the Buahed nature reserve with its fine hiking trails, wildlife and bathing spots. Nearby there is a ferry connection to Bohus-Malmön, which is an island in Bohuslän with genuine archipelago idyll in a varied environment with interesting history and beautiful views. Here there are, among other things, nice salty baths, restaurants, pizzeria, grocery store, fish and delicatessen, mini golf, tennis, marina, bicycle and kayak rental and outdoor gym. The island is particularly famous for its stone carving, but also for its hiking trails and nice bathing spots. Here there is a wonderful calm with a charming atmosphere where you are close to all the island's various attractions, e.g. Stallebrottet, an old quarry in Malmö. Today, the crime scene is used as a theater and during the summer several performances are organized. From the cabin's parking you are greeted by a nice lawn that turns into a balcony area from where you have a nice sea view over the salty sea of ​​the Åbyfjord. The cabin's entrance is at the back of the cabin. Once inside you are greeted by a cozy and cozy open plan with kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dining room corner with dining area, living room with sofa area and TV, two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with a single bed, and a bathroom with shower.
